When I received the Premium Tuxedo Package, there were 3 errors: the coat was the wrong style, the shoes were the wrong size, and the pocket square* was the wrong color. I contacted customer service, and after he tried to convince me that I’d actually prefer the coat style that had been mistakenly shipped, he was willing to make the exchange. However, as the event that I’d purchased the tuxedo for was coming up, he was not willing to pay the extra shipping costs to get the replacement pieces to me in a timely fashion. And despite the fact that the mistakes had been made on their part, I would have to pay the return shipping costs, which I ended up doing in order to get my refund. Even though the original order/shipment went smoothly online, the transaction fell apart after that. (*Note: Also, not that it mattered too much, but they actually didn’t even have the pocket square color that I’d ordered/purchased online. I just wished they’d called, as their confirmation email said they would, to report the lack of stock for the item I’d paid for.)
