BEWARE! This place is a nightmare. Dropped the TV off for repair months and tried to call almost every day for an update. There was either no answer or a lame story. After being unreachable the owner first said it is in storage. Then admitted he took the tv and had no intention of give it back. Now he is out of the country all of a sudden. The latest is the story is the tv is in Mexico. Terrible terrible disgusting company. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet.

Absolute worst business owner I’ve ever dealt with(Richard). I took in a TV that had a jammed channel button. He gave me a quote between $ 50 — $ 80 and of course it was $ 80 when I picked up my tv but hey I paid and didn’t mention it. I took it home plugged it in and the volume didn’t work(the volume worked fine before I took the tv to him). I dropped the tv back off and days later heard nothing. I called D & L and was told I would get a call back on Monday. Monday came so I decided to call them myself. I was told that they looked at the tv but still didn’t know what was wrong with it(after all is said and done I truly believe he never looked at the tv a second time). I get a text message the next day from D & L saying that the tv needs another $ 200 worth of repairs to fix the volume or I could purchase a tv from them that they had in the shop. I called to get more information as I was completely shocked and confused. Upon speaking with Richard(who is by far the most pompous and least helpful business owner that I’ve ever dealt with), he explains to me that it was nothing they had done that broke the volume, it must have gotten broken when I brought the tv home from the initial repairs… Now I know all of you reading this are probably thinking in your mind… THISMAKESNOSENSE, and guess what, YOU’REALLRIGHT! Long story short is he refused to take any responsibility and refused to even talk out the situation and work something out with me. His initial reaction was that it was my fault. I am now out $ 80 and am stuck with a tv that has a problem that was never a problem before I took it to D & L. Do yourselves a favor, don’t try to help out this locally owned shop like I did because the owner is scummy and will take advantage of you! I’m sure he’s had some happy customers but they must have been blind or deaf! It’s sad a business is willing to ruin it’s reputation over a lousy $ 80 tv repair but I guess that’s in Richard’s DNA. Worst company ever.(Richard Thomas) owner is very rude and unprofessional by emails. takes forever to set an appointment for him to reply and confirm. I would not do business with them but this was set sent by Samsung. Owner was rude and spoke to me like he was doing me a a favor by taking the call. I asked him for license and insurance information since this is needed for my condo association. First they came out and the tech was nice and knowledgeable told me it was cable box. I went to change cable box and even HDMI Cables as well. Changed both and re connected and the same problem. the sound would not turn on. Will definitely look for other solutions and will definitely let Samsung know. what kind of service providers they have…
