Domino’s Pizza

Terrible service, I have called twice in the same week and both times two hour wait for delivery. I have been a delivery driver and asked what’s the problem. Both times there is eleven orders before you and we only have one driver. Manager should be fired what a joke of a system. They said your pizza will be delivered after the other eleven orders. It will be sitting here cooked until then it will be two hours.

WORST EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered pizza at 7:05 on a Sunday night and not only did it never come, they never answered any of my 10+ phone calls. What kind of business is this? Good thing I never gave them a credit card!!!

Terrible terrible customer service. When on the phone the person spent 15 min on the phone having me repeat every word I said. Then I was called 30 min later by the driver and he said he couldn’t find me… I was in an obvious address standing in the parking lot he threatened to leave and deliver the order several times, Finally after I sent him my current location over iPhone he found me exactly where I told him I was then told me he deserved a tip for dealing with the trouble of finding me… You’re a pizza delivery guy… You’re only job is to know the area… DO NOT TAKE THE RISK And order your pizza elsewhere

Worst customer service and delivery ever! Pizza arrived cold after leaving the store and driving around for 30 minutes and I live 2 blocks from the store. Rejected the pizza when it finally arrived. Live in Atlanta where dominos delivery is the best! Rio vista store is terrible.

Place an order online, show up only to find a locked door. Out comes a manager, «sorry but we’re closed for pickup after 11 pm, because of construction.» Yeah, there’s no sign that they’re closed, website says differently, and of course, there’s no «construction» anywhere. This place is a waste of real estate. Go elsewhere for your crappy pizza needs.

Horrible customer service. I was on hold all the way till I showed up to the door. They were all dancing…

By far the worse pizza I ever had in my life. I ordered one pep. pizza with extra pep. I also ordered a philly cheese sandwich. The pizza I got looked disgusting to say the least. there was probably 50 slices of pep on each slice which is obviously overboard. But this is not the worse part. This pizza had absolutely not one shred of cheese on it. the philly sandwich I got was so char burned that the cheese was black and bread was hard as a rock. I called back they put me on hold for 18 minutes then the phone went dead. Try’d calling again for the next hour or so and no one answers the phone. –One star is one star to much–

Well its Dominos so you kinda expect the service to be bad and the pizza not so great but it’s cheap-​ish and easy (usually)…so today I order online pretty easy order .it says 24 – 34 mins… so I figure 1 hour should do it… the «Pizza Tracker» thing tells me its made and being checked…3 times its been made and being checked. so that thing is obviously BS… I call to see where my 34 min delivery was after 63 mins and the person on the phone says «it should be to you in 30 mins or less»…really…you mean 30 Mins from now or 30 mins from when I ordered 64 mins ago… so she says «hold on» …puts me on hold for 4 mins and come backs and says «It should be there in 30 mins or less»…oMG really. you know what .just cancel at which point she hangs up… no Im sorry or thank you… just click… so I call back to be sure it was xxld. and someone does apologize and says she will check and guess what she hangs up too. so I give up. now I will order from Pizza Hut… or Dough Boys both better pizza anyway… Dominos is worried about changing their name… the better change the service… because they suck.

Well now I understand why this location has such a low rating. Everything seemed fine until our order arrived incorrectly and when I called to try and swap it out for the correct order the employee proceeded to argue with me about how I was wrong and continued to be beyond rude. I’m not sure what happened to «customer is always right» but it seems Dominos doesn’t run their restaurants in this manner. Instead they have blatantly rude employees and managers that refuse to rectify a situation. Won’t make this mistake twice!

ordered 10 minutes before closing time and never showed up with the pizza. We would have appreciated a simple phone call to tell us they wouldn’t serve us that close to closing time. We could have ordered from papa johns since they were open 30 minutes longer if they had.

Extremely slow and the pizza is usually cold by the time it arrives if I do delivery. I usually order on the app but the one time I actually called, I was placed on hold for over 10 min. and the person I spoke to was extremely rude. So disappointing because I used to love their pizza!

Pizza took more than an hour and the delivery was extremely rude, got upset and left «with the pizza»!
These people need some customer service training. Not even a single apology on their part. I just wanted to enjoy my Saturday night while eating a pizza (which by the way I NEVER order). Never again!
Not only I am really upset about the terrible service, but I am concerned that this man has my home address.

Omg!!! They took an eternity to deliver the food and they were out of ingredients, I waited for one hour, I call them to see what happened they said that gonna take 20 min more… seriously???

Even for a chain restaurant this is the worst. I’ve ordered from them twice, and both times they were out of items, and slow as slow can be.
The first time they were out of one of the toppings, so instead of calling, they just assumed I would be ok with it. When the order didn’t show up for a while, I called the store, and they said the food would be delivered soon. Only when the driver arrived, an hour later, did I find out about the topping.
The second time I ordered from them, they called 30 minutes after the order was placed to tell me they were out of things in my order (yet again), so I just asked them to cancel my order. What made me laugh really hard was that one of the items they were out of was a Coke, and the man just told me that I could get up and go get it at the store. Really? The only reason I ever order pizza is because I’m in my underwear and too lazy to get up…

Standard for a Domino’s. it’s not (insert favorite mom/​pop shop), but it they where polite on the phone, quick to arrive (with the correct order ;)

It has been over an hour and twenty minutes and I still don’t have my food. I called and was told they got busy but my pizza left the store and hopefully I should get it soon. I asked if it would still be hot and he said it should but if not to call back. Go somewhere else.

If you’re ordering from this place, be prepared to wait. Estimate time of 15 minutes – 1 hr later, no food.
Morale of the story: if you’re hungry, go somewhere else. If you might be hungry later in the day, you’re good to go.

Better to go to bed hungry which u will end up doing anyway because they won’t show up after making u wait an hour or more

Horrible service. Ordered an 1 hr ago and the receptionist cancelled the order. «Only one driver and you are too far away.» WTH… why would you even take orders or offer delivery? Dominoes, if you cannot keep up with demand, then close the doors!
