I would not recommend this place to anyone. They changed my order due date twice on me. When I got the final product, looks like a five-​year-​old had done the stitching. They offered no discount or even a future use coupon for their bad service. And by the third due date they had given me, it was still late another two or three days. Their business operating hours open at 9 AM. I went to pick it up I was five minutes early and waited outside the store for them to open 20 minutes late. This location is very unprofessional & and overpriced for their terrible customer service. If you are smart… you will find another location or another company to do your embroidery. For my first experience having someone embroid something of mine, I will never go back here again.
