glad i left and had to break the lease due to roach infestation and be careful of that 10 month lease, move you in low then wack you when you try to renew

Don’t move here… The staff is friendly but the apartment is your endgame, right? A friend of mine parents lived here in the sixties and apart from the carpeting and the paint upon move in, nothing has been updated. 750 sq ft is also not enough space if you plan on LIVING. Cars have been broken into countless times and everyone including non residents use the gate behind the publix which isn’t safe.
The gym barely has equipment, I’ve never seen the pools being cleaned or closed for cleaning although they appear clean. The laundry room tends to be out of service or flooded and tenants will throw your belongings about to use a machine ($ 1.60 pet wash or dry).
The maintenance requests are never fulfilled in its entirety, tape has even been used on leaks. MOLD is in the walls and the bathroom which they paint over.
BEDBUGS took over until chemicals were bought to take care of an infestation in the apartment. The bedbugs are in the WALLS ! It was in every apartment on this floor and roaches also reported in others.
Yes your 6 minutes from the beach, nightlife and restaurants but where you lay your head to rest should be like sleeping on clouds not being bitten, hot stuffy, sick and miserable.
This review is far from finished, it will continue after documentation of cheating residents to pay more is attained.

It’s an older property, but I have found the maintenance people to be fast, professional, and courteous. I enjoy how close it is to Publix and restaurants.
