horrible customer service. the staff and managers are unfriendly and rude. when you ask for assistance they act as you are an imposition. no one smiles or greets you. its like a factory line, unfeeling staff. We placed an order for a case of wine last week when we went o pick it up after they called to tell it was in, it took 20 minutes for 3 staff & managers to fine the order. tonight they had only 1 cashier with a line of 8 people and she was totally unfriendly attitude.

Open ’till 2AM nearly every day! Need I say more? Oh but I will. The Cuban guy who is usually here late night is a total trip, a great guy. and I always leave in a good mood.(And that is before i consume my purchase) Regular and potential customers need to tip more though,(you cheap bastards) because the jar is usually empty even though I contribute every time! Wtf?

Friday night just after 11pm and there seems like nothing is open this close to the beach. Pre-drinking was a must for 5 friends that haven’t been all together for almost 4 years. Everyone picks a windows and is just scanning for a sign of life in what seems in Prohibition land. I win. Make a quick right turn into the plaza and I heard screeching tires from an SUV that must have had the same idea. We run up to the door fearing that we will be that last minute customer that shows up right when you’re locking the doors. But $%*K it! We run into the doors like we finished a marathon only to(possibly) frighten the clerk and then check the sign on the door that says they stay open til 2am! Gold Mine! The store was stalked with everything. Beer, wine, hard liquor, sodas, salt, shot glasses. Everything you need to get 0 to buzzed within reach. I was surprised at the low prices(in comparison to stores in south Florida.) This helped keep the party going. Love this place.
