Bought our wedding ring and bands here. Also purchased insurance. Had to go back at a much later date to get a repair. Upon arrival at the store opening, The girls that were there and could not make an informed decision on the cost of the repair or the insurance terms. They asked that I wait for the manager who apparently was running late. I waited and walked around for about five minutes. I came back to the store and the manager had arrived and was helping a young couple pick out wedding rings. The store had my number and was to call me when the manager came in. After waiting 10 minutes, the manager realize I was not being helped and was waiting for him. He said that he would help me as soon as he finished with that other couple. I waited for 30 minutes and then decided to leave. My repair question would’ve taken 5 mins and he had other staff that could pull out rings until he returned. About an hour later the store called me to ask if I was still at the mall and if they could help me. I said no and I had already taken my jewelry somewhere else. That was so rude how I was totally ignored after waiting so long and arriving first store. Horrible customer service.

I went a few years ago to get a lifetime battery for my Tag Heuer watch. They did it right there and charged me $ 15. I went back a year ago to have my battery replaced and was told they didn’t have the tool to open and replace the battery. I had to go to the Kay’s at Sawgrass Mills Mall to have it done. This time I took another Tag watch. They wanted to send my watch out and charge me $ 99! I walked down to a local watch kiosk who charged me $ 20 and did it right there. Never again will I step into a Kay Jewelers!

Do not recommend. I needed a battery replaced in a movado watch. They send all movado out and charge $ 150 for a battery replacement which also includes cleaning… The battery didn’t last a year and now they want another $ 150. No way. Every watch I have, the battery last much more than one year. What did they do to my watch?
