I brought them an Austrian 4 ducat coin yesterday. They very clearly outlined the process they use to calculate their offer. I like the way they tell you exactly how much profit they expect to make and how they determine it. Although I decided not to tell it, I’ll go back to them when the price of gold goes up.(In Fort Lauderdale there are a zillion pawn/gold/jewelry shops to pick from, so you make your choice based on an impression of honesty and fair dealing.)

Fantastic service, fair prices, and very relaxed atmosphere. Bruce in particular knows his stuff about vintage watches, but the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely do business again!

My experiences were with Keno brothers a couple years ago, so this is overdue, but I have always had good experiences with service there. I have mostly dealt with a woman(I cannot recall her name for some reason-sorry), but she has always been more than hospitable and gone above and beyond to help me and provide good service. Not sure where some of these snappy reviews are coming from, because the few times i have been in there, I have usually never had experiences like what I have read here. This is the only reason I was actually compelled to write this review. I have been very happy with work they have done for me here. I even dropped off a floral arrangement for her a long time ago because she was just that nice.

Bought a Chopard($ 1950) for lower than market price on eBay from Keno Brothers. I received an empty box and Mr. Ken claimed his employee or USPS stole the watch. I had 200+ packages last year and 30+ during holidays. This is the only one that has problem. I did feel they were reluctant to complete the transaction at first place because they told me the diamond bezel was after-market. I know this is untrue. So I paid immediately because it’s a Christmas gift. On Christmas Eve, I received an empty box with one end opened but resealed. How bad it could be!

I went in for a ring appraisal and walk out with what I wanted to know. The only thing I did not like is that the appraiser had a uninviting attitude. He was stern and non approachable. A customer should feel welcomed, which is something that they lacked.

I gave them one more chance today and the way the present themselves and act towards there customers is horrible. I went in to have a rolex president repaired, which a couple months ago I had them send in 2 of my rolex’s to the watchmaker. Both watches had a problem and work that I had asked to be done was not done. Regardless, stuff happens and I shook it off and had them resend the watch in again to get fixed. Watch came back a couple weeks later and it was repaired as agreed but had not buff/cleaned watched as asked and charged. They did not charge me for the buff/cleaning since it was not done and said next time I came in they would give me a discount on that service. Anyway, a couple days later watch was not working correctly would stop and start again then sometime just not work, but since I have been traveling etc. I just hadn’t had time to get in to drop it off, but today I nicely came in to drop it off and started talking to them trying to explain the history of the watch and what work had be preformed, they already started putting in stupid things like«When you take your car to get a battery sometime the water pump goes out» I never even asked them to pay to get it fixed they just kept talking and wouldn’t let me explain. Just poor customer service, and just the energy that they put out is like I as a customer need them more than they need me. I WOULD100% NEVEREVERWASTEYOURTIME! This is South Florida plenty of other options that will treat you as a real customer!

This is my first public review that I have ever completed. I was introduced to Brian Keno through my cousins’ husband who has known the Keno brothers for years. I was in the market for a setting to complete an engagement ring. I spent over a year finding the right loose diamond on my own. Educated myself and studied like crazy. When all said and done, I was a proud owner of a beautiful 2.03ct princess cut diamond that I purchased overseas. Then I turned to Brian with an idea and some pictures for a setting, and let me tell you, I was blown away with the results. He educated me on the proper metal, then the process of the casting and finally setting my diamond. He would text me pictures and updates consistently. I really felt like we were old friends and when I left their store with the finished product, I left knowing that I now have a friend in the jewelry business. I highly recommend them. My fiancé gets complements daily. And I love to see her face light up every time. So worth it. Oh, btw, I saved over 40% going with Keno and having them make something from scratch VS buying the same thing at a Retailer. PS: Here is a video of my proposal on 8÷29÷14.

I inherited some fine jewelry, some rare watches, gold and silver coins from a late relative of mine. Mr. Bruce Keno was very professional, as he explained all my options, from me selling my jewelry privately, to the pro’s and cons of consignment, etc, and/or selling on EBAY or Craigslist, …and the pitfalls and challenges associated with those options. He did explain, that selling to a jeweler, one must take into account, that it would be sold at «Fair Market Value» which is an item that is now pre-owned that might be out of date, or not as easily sold as a new modern piece. He was very informative, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain all this to me. I did not sell to him, and he did not charge me for this advice. As he told me when I am ready, to come back, he would do what I instructed him to do. That was very refreshing to me. Everywhere else I went I just felt pressured and most were trying to make a fast buck on me, and I felt they cared more about themselves that what was best for me. I can see why he is «highly regarded» in his field, and will not hesitate to use his services when I truly am ready to sell.

I went to them to sell items 2 times. The first time, I felt okay with the price. The second time, they absolutely lied and took advantage of me. I was told that they would take out my stones and gave me a envelope of smaller stones. Then they showed me a picture of 2 dots of «already melted» jewelry. It was«supposed» to represent my rings. The 3rd piece was turned to the side so I could not see the front with the stones not removed. I would never recommend them for anything. They do not tell the truth. Check out other options!!! I wish I could give them NOSTARS!!!

I had a ring made by Keno Brothers that is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!! They are professional, courteous, knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to work with! I have extremely high standards and they went well above my standards. I recommend Keno Brothers in Fort Lauderdale to anyone in need of jewelry– You will not be disappointed!!!

Went into Keno Brothers to appraise/sell a coin I had bought from someone else on a whim. They went to the ends of the earth to help me determine authenticity, gave me great advice, suggested avenues for confirming certification, and offered to help me with any other questions I had regarding numismatics. I ended up speaking with both Bruce and Cary, and they were both professional and friendly, and very honest and upfront guys. I can’t thank them enough for the offer they made me and I’d definitely go back to them as a first choice, with any questions, purchasing suggestions, or items I might have for appraisal.

My husband and I first used Keno Bros to re-band my engagement ring. I like the fact that we have returned a handful of times for small, inexpensive services and they have been happy to help us. From getting a wedding ring resized, to cutting my rings off my of fingers when I was pregnant– they have taken care of us. Once, there was a miscommunication with the ring size and it came back too small, but they fixed it with no problem. My husband just stopped by today with a ring, because the rock is loose. We recommend them.

I agree 100% with the other review. I really wanted to like Keno Bros Jewelry when I stopped by today, especially since I was a previous happy customer from many years ago, but apparently, one of the 2 Kenos bros I was speaking with, did not remember me. I stopped by to get a(used) watch, of which I found one I liked, and made an offer. I know that their mark-up on their prices are almost at 200% form what they pay, so I offer 1,000USD less than what he was asking to start negotiating, which I thought was fair for it being used, and the good condition it was in. He immediately became offended and was basically speaking to me in an antagonistic voice sending me to Ebay and all sorts of nonsense that was uncalled for, when he could of just said«no, my price is this»…that’s it! BEWARNED, THISGUYSTREATSHISCUSTOMERSASIFTHEYWEREBENEATHHIM! Go elsewhere to be treated with respect, even if you do not buy anything from them they should be happy you stopped by. The old saying is true, you can have a ton of money, but you can never buy class.
