The reason why I give Levinson only one star is because the owner wanted me to leave my jewelry with him so that he could show it to an estate jeweler. This might sound reasonable but considering I have NO PREVIOUS HISTORY with him or his shop that is not a reasonable request — not only can a store remove valuable stones and replace with junk but he did not offer me a receipt — only my photos on my iphone as a record for what I would leave with him. I countered with well when your buyer is at the store just call me and I can drive right over. Never heard from him again.
My tip for anyone if you are looking to have your stones and jewelry cleaned then go somewhere that you can watch them do it DO NOT LEAVE YOUR JEWELRY overnight. The world is really apathetic and no one is going to care if you get ripped off — if you even notice the switch immediately — difficult to prove

The service left a bit to be desired. I was buying an Omega watch. I talked to the sales rep on the phone and he said to come in for price and he would work with me. When I got there he said retail was retail.

Stopped in to see if they had an 18 karat gold broach. I was dressed in a polo and jeans. They buzzed me in and an off duty Ft Lauderdale police officer approached me then told the employees OK???

Great location and gorgeous selection! Definitely stop in whether you are shopping for jewelry, watches, pens, cuff links or an engagement ring. They select the cleanest as clearest diamonds and set them beautifully.

Don’t be intimidated by their location, or the beautiful storefront. You will be surprised to find out that they have items in many price ranges. Their selection is the finest that I have ever seen, ANYWHERE! Their sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I had searched high and low for a band to match my engagement ring before our wedding. We had no luck anywhere and even had one made at another place, but it didn’t look right. Natalie had a brilliant idea of what to do with my rings. We took her advise and now I have the most beautiful «pair». They look like they were a set all along. She kept the price affordable for us, you just have to let them know what budget you are working with. Recently we took a swing by and I fell in love with a ring in the showcase. It was so beautiful, I was afraid to try it on, in fear that it was way too expensive. I tried it anyway, just couldn’t resist, and it was only ¹⁄₁₀ of the price I thought it would be. My husband surprised me with it a few weeks later! Guys, if you need something for your lady, this is the place to go. Ladies, you can stop in too, make a «wish list» and give it to your guy! They also have valet parking for free on the east side of their building.
