Miami Subs Grill

All I can say is do NOT eat here. The food wasn’t nearly as terrible as the service! However it was overpriced. $ 40 to feed my family of 6 McDonald’s quality food! ridiculous. The eating area was dirty. The bathrooms were scary. The girl taking our order could not get it right or understand us, nor would she look us in the eye! I should’ve listened to the prior reviews.

Worst Miami subs ever! Horrible service
Even if u order extra meat they still will change u $.30 extra!!!

The staff here are rude and uncaring. They do smile, they do not thank you and they do not give you condiments without charging you.
Based on the signage at the register area, one can assume the following:
1) Loads of people attempt to use credit cards illegally at this location.
2) There is a worldwide shortage of condiments, making it necessary to charge for the privilege. And, do not attempt to use a sauce they THEY do not think is appropriate for your order.
In summary — avoid this place at all costs and spend your money someplace else, where they don’t give a sous, just a little bit less.

I know, I know, you are wondering why my rating is so high… That’s because I honestly enjoyed my visit and the food. See, I am a ex NYer and Nathans was one of my favorite stops. Nathans Hotdog and their famous fries are the best. Miami Subs has the best substitute. I was taken to the one on Sunrise in Ft Lauderdale. The staff was very friendly. The place looks clean and feels comfortable. We sat in the sunroom portion and enjoyed some good old fashion junk food. Not a healthy meal, but for a cheat meal it made me smile.

Walked out angry… I love Miaimi Subs but this one is staffed by a bunch of untrained, rude, idiots. I placed my order and waited for my meal and when I got it it ended up being wrong. So I asked nicely for the guy to correct it and was told «dats what you says yous wanted so if you wanna change it you gots to pay for it.». So I replied ok let me see the receipt to make sure at least you rung it up incorrectly so I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t get. Looked ok so I just said screw it and sat down because I was starving. Opened up my Gyros and it wasn’t a gyros so I just asked for a refund knowing I wasn’t gonna get anywhere with this idiot. He then told me «he don’t give no refunds. Ax my managa». The manager (the Asian women) then came over and I again asked for a refund on my untouched, incorrect food and was refused with her telling me I got what was on the receipt. I showed her that even the wrong order on the receipt was made wrong! So then I ask for their owners or customer services phone number and the manager gives me a made up 954 number that, surprise, was disconnected. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS MIAMI SUBS. If the owner is reading this feel free to contact me to fix this. The date this happened was 3÷3÷12 at 5:30pm.

My mother was in town and really wanted Fish ‘n Chips. I knew that some Miami Subs had Arthur Treacher’s and this is one of those locations.
I ordered from Miami Subs menu, she Arthur Treacher. My sub was alright, not good, not bad, but she was raving about the fish and chips and said it was just like she remembered it from decades ago.
