Considering I’m used to a true to form New York-style deli(which this place looks to emulate), I don’t want to be too hard on this place, but the pace of service was AWFUL. It took my boyfriend and I over 30 minutes to get a simple breakfast cooked. I’m talking just French toast, eggs and bacon. While the food was good, and the staff was friendly, just too slow slow slow!

I hadn’t been there in over a year, even though i work right across the street. I knew there was a reason I had been hesitant, but just couldn’t remember why I’d stopped going there. That is, until I went to pick up my online order. I’d forgotten how bloody rude they were! The lady taking orders was, once again even after a year or so, condescending and rude as she was last time I’d gone there! She was very flip with me when I tried to understand my online order. Although I’d supposedly paid online by entering my credit card info, she insisted I swipe my card. I just informed her that I’d already paid online, with confirmation. But, she was too concerned with being right and obnoxious to just explain it to me. After much irritation, she finally let me explain my concern about being charged twice. «It wont.» Uh, ok. Whatever. Not cool. Then, on top of that, my salad was an underwhelming, run of the mill salad with a bit of grilled chicken, like 4 croutons, some egg, old green peas, and dressing, $ 12 was a bit much for it) I’ll pass. Keep your crappy customer service and underwhelming salads.

The turkey panini was tasty but for $ 9.99 it wasn’t worth it. The avocado on it was not ripe and hard like a piece of ham… The wait was longer than expected. It took about 8 mins to heat up an already made panini! This was take out, I went to eat macaroni salad and they didn’t include a fork… Sorry to say but this place won’t be in my book mark list.

In every county in South Florida, I have a pre-court final prep and meal spot. In Broward, for the past few years, it’s Our Deli. The omelets are cooked perfectly every time by a very talented chef, Marcia. It’s gotten to the point that I ask her what she’d like to make me and she never fails to disappoint, regularly turning me on to a new omelet creation. Today, was what she called a «Nutritious Omelet.» She browns chopped chicken breast, red and green peppers and onions and then mixed in egg whites. I had some sliced tomato, a marble bagel and very good coffee. For lunch, they have lots of choices from deli sandwiches to a create-your-own mixed salad with tons of options. It’s always clean, coffee is always hot and all of the staff are always as nice as can be…

I hate to leave bad reviews but we felt we had to warn people! Tuna melt had what was supposed to be bacon but was just limp, brown strips of something. The«philly» was inedible due to the spicyness of it. We can’t figure out if it was the meat, the supposedly sweet peppers or some odd combo of the two. Either way, it was inedible. We got delivery to an office that is 5 minutes if that by car away and at 2;15 in the afternoon which is by no means busy. Nothing was fresh, the fries were luke-warm and the cole-slaw was delivered in the box with the hot sandwich so it was warm(aka gross). I hope the dine-in experience here is better but I can’t see how. So disappointed especially as this is a pricey sandwich place so we had high expectations. Will NOT be trying again.

#SupportLocalBusiness Great Bagels! They have a great atmosphere inside. Also super for the people working or going to the courthouse anytime of day. They have anything from breakfast, lunch, to an early dinner. This place is a great place to hang out every morning. I have been here three times and still will certainly come back when in Ft. Lauderdale
