PF Changs Happy Hour

Opppppps I checked happy hour however it should be dinner.
I have only been here for dinners. And it’s always 100%. 5 Star Hit!!! Not one thing in the menus is disappointing neither is the staff in any capacity.
BRAVO is what PF CHANGS Gets from me,
Every single time you see my check ins. Have no fear a meal and dinning experience here at this location. Is a hit!!!

(Please remove the waitressing staff station from the right side of the dinning room. Horrible placement by the designer and corporate. However the staff goes out of their way to make sure not one person is blocked from walking thru. That tells me the management. Has their hands full making sure of this. BRAVO to the managers. And so sorry they added that silly location to your wondrous skills of management.)

The food was delicious and the waiter was amazing. Restaurant is clean and it’s very affordable and you get large portions!

My favorite location! Service and food is always top notch. Lobster tacos and Asian Pear Mojito from the new menu are a must!!!

We’ve been going to PF Changs in Aventura Nd other cities for years, and always amazing. We had dinner tonight at PF Changs in Ft. Lauderdale. What an incredible disappointment.
The service was beyond awful. Our «server» set the food down on the other side of the table almost out of our reach (why???). Brought our bottled water, and set it down without pouring it, and certainly not refilling our glasses. (Restaurant was not busy at all). Never once came back to check on us. We had to ask for the sauces which normally accompany our dishes.
When he finally arrived to pick up our dishes, he actually left food on the table that had fallen off the plates! While, removing the dishes (with great error I suppose), no «would you care to take home your leftovers?» Or «Can I get you anything else’s?»
We kindly called him over one time and got a «Yeah, one sec .» (It was 20 seconds, but that’s not the point). He was too busy watching the basketball game on the TV.
Lastly, as he was strolling by our table, he dropped the check on the table without so much as a «would you like coffee? Can I get you anything else? Thank you fir dining with us.»
Other servers parading around the floor chewing gum, wearing sloppy uniforms, chatting with each other. It was such a blatant display of poor training and all the things NOT to do to, be a successful part of an otherwise good restaurant.
Alternatively, bar staff was delightful! Professional, personable and extremely courteous.”
As we were leaving, two other patrons were discussing their disappointing experience as well.
This was definitely our last visit to the Changs.

The food was awesome, service was below par. Sat at a bar table, and maybe they were understaffed but I felt forgotten. Our server was constantly at the table directly behind us but never asked how our food was or if we needed anything. It started off solid but just continued till she dropped the check and forgot to come back to pick it up. I’ll go back for the awesome food, the food rocked.

Had dinner tonight at PF Changs at the Galleroa in Ft Lauderdale. Food was awesome and our server Dennis was fantastic and very helpful with good menu knowledge and suggestions. Thanks PF Chang, s we will be back

We happened into PF Chang’s as we had a gift card. Boy were we so happy we did. We both had terrific, tasty shrimp entrees — shrimp and sauce and veges all cooked just right, nothing overcooked, and with good complex flavors. And they had a special cocktail with vodka and St. German that’s just one of the best drinks around. Alot of places now have special cocktails with vodka, some juice, and some liqueur — this was just terrific! We’ll go back more often; I think I was just of the opinion — oh,
well this is a big chain. Well, this was a very fine place to have dinner and the added benefit — beyond parking at Galleria, or valet parking, and attentive staff, is that the restaurant was actually quiet enough that we could talk. That’s hard to come by.
