Pro Quality Collision West

I’ve brought two cars to them… a Mercedes ML63 AMG and a Nissan 300ZX twinturbo. The Mercedes I’ve brought to them 3 times… not because of any issues with the work, just bad luck that the same car got rear-​ended 3 times in the past. The owner, Joe, is a very down to earth and easy to work with guy. He understands good customer service and takes pride in his work and company. Even though the ML63 is a limited production high value car, they were able to restore it to like new condition. Being a car guy, I understand the value of someone like Joe who takes care of your cars meticulously, so I always recommend them to everyone I know having had 4 good experiences with them in the past. Finding a good and trustworth bodyshop can definitely be difficult. Look no further… Pro Quality Collision West is it.

I brought my car into pro quality 6 months ago after a frontal collision. When the repairs were done, I was amazed at the quality of the work. Paint looked flawless, front end was perfect, the car looked like new. My insurance company was billed $ 4500 and I left as a happy camper. Driving home, I noticed my a/​c was not working correctly, and among the list of repairs, condenser replacement and system recharge was included in the bill. 6 months later, my a/​c is not working, and I had to bring it into the dealer to fix it. In addition, to my horror, the area of my car which was repainted by pro quality is beginning to flake and chip off, leaving bare metal exposed underneath. The areas of the vehicle which were not repainted by them, are perfect, however. It looks like I will have to dish out another couple hundred to have the area of the collision properly repainted. Nothing «pro» or professional about Pro Quality.

Love this place! They went above and beyond my expectations.
They did a flawless job on the paint.
I didn’t even recognize my car when I went to pick it up! They detailed the WHOLE car (not just the little area that needed to get fixed) plus cleaned up the inside.
I will never go to another body shop again.
