We just moved into our house just weeks before with our newborn baby. When I saw our unwanted guests I freaked out and immediately looked on Unilocal for help. They did a great job of getting rid of our three unwanted guests and they are discreet. They found the place where the pests came in, closed that open pipe, patched the roof and then disinfected the entire house. We haven’t seen any signs of entry since. Thank goodness! They are pricey but worth it! On a separate note, make sure you get your home inspection service to put in writing that your house is clear of pests. Our home inspection service was worthless.

I had a rat problem earlier this year. Based on there BBB reviews, I gave them a call. very prompt and came the same day. they did this meshing technique that covered any entry from the outside. very inexpensive and havent seen a rodent since! I am very please!

Had an africanized bee colony in a wall near our property. They attacked some goats and stung them hundreds of times. Made an emergency call and had the bee man on site in less than thirty minutes. These bees were super aggressive and definitely not honey bees. He was able to solve the problem and did a great job.
