So many bad reviews obout this place. So let me clear things up.
Us —
My gf has been coming here for a little over 3 ½ years and I 2 years. So our experience is a little biased. By far we get the best services for from Zela, Stephanie, Roy and Jose. My gf and I always tell people to tell them Juan and Jackie sent you. Everyone else does seem out of loop and uninterested. We have gained some awareness from the other servers as in if they see us walking by as us looking they’ll tell us if so and so is here which is strange but nice.
Food–
Its not bad! We normally get the Wings, nachos and that’s it so one day I randomly tried their Shrimp Quesadillas and I fell in love with them. Their fried calamari is good. Some one said they were soggy which can easily be fixed by talking to a waiter or just tell them to make sure it’s well done when ordering. I’ve had them many times and no issues.

Drinks–
2−4−1 big drinks at the bar, outside it doesn’t count.
So when you go ask for them Zela is a waiter that works both Sangrias and Rockbar which are owned by the same owner (even the sushi place to the left is also owned by them)
Stephanie works at both bars randomly
Roy is new to us so he might not know our names but recognizes us. And Jose is general all around and he’s awesome and attentive.
Have fun if you pass by and for great service go to these people I mentioned! Tell them we sent you!

Came here after waking the ocean. Just wanted to stop in and have a quick drink. Though I did not try the food I did get to see platters being brought out which looked pretty delicious. So I would have to make another return to try the food. I did however sit at the bar and order myself a couple margaritas in which they have several flavors which I thought was quite impressive. They offer the giant margarita which doesn’t really appeal to me due to the fact that it’s 90% mixer and 10% tequila., when anything is premade and turning in the machine you have to guarantee that he really won’t taste the alcohol. So my margaritas on the rocks turned out to be great. The bartender was quite lovely she had a very sweet personality and was very attentive. Sitting there at the bar and turn in my chair you just see all ocean which is breathtaking. I can’t wait to come back to try the food.

Went here and grabbed a mojito when I first arrived to Florida. I am picky about my mojitos and it’s difficult to actually get a good one, but it is true. They really do have the BEST mojitos ever! I have yet to find a better one. A mojito and the outdoor seating on a beautiful night… Perfect. Hoping to go back oneday!

Great location by the beach. You can sit under an umbrella and enjoy their HUGE cocktails. While these are often 2−4−1, I would not recommend going for that second one unless you plan to be there a while. I actually did have two of their margaritas, which were tasty, but I was happy I was walking back to my hotel.

I really enjoyed the food here. The waiter was friendly and the view was beautiful. If you’re looking for a relaxing daytime atmosphere, this place is recommended.

Came here on a whim when I heard about the $ 1 tacos for Taco Tuesday. Good stuff! Tasty & savory, they were served with fresh cilantro, spicy salsa, and a generous wedge of lime.
Of course, they’re only served at the bar, the hope being that your drink order more than makes up for any money they’re losing on the tacos.
The bartender kept pushing the gigantic two-​for-​one drinks, but when I told him, «Hey buddy, I’m here by myself and am not a raging alcoholic» he said, «Don’t worry, you can take the other one with you.» WTF?! I saw how huge they were and when I asked the price; he told me $ 27. OUCH!
So I had a single glass of Angry Orchard instead. At $ 4.95, the price was right and the 4 tacos I ordered made for a nice lunch. After tax, my bill came to $ 10.83. Not bad!

Enjoyed the beach view and that was it. We ordered the ultimate margarita. Our waiter told us the margaritas were buy one get one free. That was for the huge 45oz margarita which is all mix and two shots of tequila. We asked for a regular size margarita instead (who needs all those calories?!?) with double shot of tequila. We enjoyed our drinks until we got the bill. $ 43 for two rail margaritas was outrageous. If you’re going to pay that price for tequila it should at least be quality tequila.

One thing I can say about this place is that they are always consistent. Consistently slow service. We have been here 3 times and I don’t know why, every time the waiter/​waitress seems to get lost and and hard to track down. Food is mediocre, nothing out of this world. Just skip it.

Este sitio así uno de los peores que estuve, 1 los cocineros no tienen uniformes de cocina 2 los meseros tampoco tienen un buen uniforme, 3 como es posible que si supuestamente se un bar pero, parece un sitio familiar vendan hookah y no tienen un espacio de fumadores. con niños y bebés el sitio es terrible para la zona. todo el salón huele horrible por ultimo y mas importante la comida es horrible. yo comí un burrito de pollo el más horrible y feo que me he comido frio y sabia a viejo y nada que ver con comida española ni mexicana y créame que en un sitio así. no me atrevería a volver por todo lo escrito anterior mente ni lo recomiendo a ninguna otra persona. yo prefiero ir a comer a McDonald «es mas rico» y barato.

The food and service were mediocre. The view is nice. It was easy to get a table. My quesadilla lacked salt. The fries were cold. Overall «meh».

We biked 20 minutes from our place and then sat for another 20 minutes LITERALLY 20 MINUTES until our waitress came by. When she asked us what we wanted and we said water (cause we are freaking thirsty from our ride) she snotedly replied «And…[awkard silence]…that’s it?» Then rolls her eyes and walks away. Needless to say we were gone before she get us our very inconvenient water. Go next door to the Italian joint. Great service and great food.

Not sure about the previous bad reviews, we had a great experience! The margaritas were awesome and Louis helped me pick one that catered to my taste… it was excellent!
We ordered the nachos with grilled chicken and they were AMAZING. They cook the whole dish together after preparing it so the presentation was great. We ask for a side of jalapeños and our server came back to make sure we were ok with sautéed/​grilled jalapeños, we said sure… trust me… you want the jalapeños!!! They were not too spicy, they had just the right of flavor and completed the taste of the nachos.
Place is very laid back and chill which is what we were looking for in the afternoon. Go try it for yourself, it was great!!!

Awful food, everything tastes old and the place stinks. Please do not eat there.

The 2 for 1 margaritas are the best thing here! On a nice day, you can sit outside and people watch and view the beach and the ocean. There is also indoor seating as well.
I read the reviews about the but didn’t go in to validate that claim. The food was good, definitely need something to absorb the margaritas.
On the downside, we were a large party and they do not issue separate checks. Not good for a large party of over 20. Reading the bill was confusing. The discounted total for the drinks were summed up on the bottom (see one of the photos).

I truly love coming here! I’m from Rhode Island. If I come down here. This is the place to be!!! The drinks are so good. I have enjoyed every dish I have ever had!

There are a few things in life that I love and they are family, traveling, my money and excellent food. Her I have the option to have 3 out of what I mentioned. The food is priced reasonably the staff is very friendly.

I went with a group of people for the 2 for 1 margaritas on a Sunday afternoon. Our server took good care of us. They will not give each person their own bill. They will accept multiple payments for the bill.
The chips and salsa are average. $ 9 plus $ 4 if you add guacamole. The chips are multi colored.
My friends had calamari, quesadillas, and fajitas. Everyone said the food was average.
The margaritas are 2 for 1 at the tables. You can get more drink options at the bar for the 2 for 1. The margaritas are huge and are $ 20 for two. There wasn’t a lot of alcohol in them.
The inside is stinky and the floor is slippery. The bathrooms are not kept up and the toilets all had flushing issues in the ladies restroom.
This is a great place for the view when sitting outside. There are parking lots nearby on Las Olas for metered parking or various parking lots with flat rate fees.

Like everyone else here, I can attest to the fact that this place is not good. With so many places available on the strip, I’d suggest other options. The good is just ok and the service is terrible. I went over a year ago and have been back in the area several times but never revisited this place. When I went last year, I had to visit the bathroom. It was so gross, I ended up going to another place. Toilet paper everywhere, nasty smelling, and just dirty.
The food was mediocre. My friends had a taco dish and ended up not finishing because it was so bad. We skipped the hookah, but did do the two for one drinks. Honestly, unless you plan to bring your own liquor, all you’re getting is sour mix, ice and a dab of alcohol, so it’s not worth it.
I’d suggest the sushi place close by. They have friendly staff and great food.

Food was actually better than I thought it would be! I had the chicken tacos and they didn’t skimp on the chicken! It was all white breast meat!
The 2−4−1 margaritas were not worth the $ 20 price tag. They were extremely tart. I couldn’t finish the first one because I was getting heart burn from all the sugar. I watch a lot of Bar Rescue, and they said this tart flavor is because they never clean the machine, they just keep adding more product… I actually witnessed them doing so.
On top they automatically add a 15% «service charge» which is actually gratuity.
The bartender was nice and attentive which is why I gave three stars and even upped her tip to the full 20%.

One of the worst place I ever had the displeasure of eating at.
As many other places on the strip this Tourist Trap should be avoided, places like this give a bad reputation to the city; I feel bad for the tourist that goes to this place as it will be a bad memory from their trip that I’m sure they’ll share as I am doing so now.
I will not breakdown all the bad things that had me give them the very generous 1 star, there is no point.

Okay, so the coupon in the Unilocal expires May 31 so they wouldn’t let me redeem the free chips and salsa offer. So, why does it pop up when you check in? #falseadvertising #notahappycamper. Is it May 31, 2014 or 2015? #baitandswitch
So, the restaurant responded and said the coupon expired in 2014. I read the fine print that said you cannot combine with the 2−4−1 drink specials or other offers. Didn’t see the reference to 2014. Unfortunately, I’m too far away to pull up the offer.
Instead of telling me, I cannot read why don’t you remove the offer. Sounds like common sense to me.
I was obviously irritated, so the server took 10% off my check. He didn’t mention it when he brought the bill over, I discovered it when double checking my bill. I appreciate his gesture.
The bill was $ 60+ for two lunch entrees and 2 regular size drinks. A bit pricey. Did I mention I ate there the night before because I enjoyed the band that was playing? Even with their ridiculous pricing, we went twice! The food was good. One night veggie fajitas then a naked steak burrito today. Admittedly, they didn’t know what it was but they managed to hold the shell. Won’t be back again.
The view of the beach and the people watching makes it enjoyable. You know it’s a tourist trap with the prices. I’m not opposed to the prices, just wish the service was comparable.
