Zola Keller

Zola Keller is the best bridal boutique around. After shopping all over Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale for a gown, I went into Zola Keller and quickly found «the one.» Zola suggested certain alterations and improvements to the gown so it would better fit my hourglass shape, and the alterations came out better than I could have ever visualized. I was able to leave with a customized couture-​style wedding gown for within my budget and had an all-​around fantastic dress buying experience. Zola and her team are experts in what they do and they will make sure you look perfect on your big day. THANK YOU ZOLA!

Worst bridal store ever! I made an appointment and drove 40 mins for consultants to tell me someone who didn’t have an appointment is still being consulted and the fitting suite is occupied. So I was taken into a small closet and rushed out! Brides YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE!!!

I love Zola and Pita, they are amazing, I picked up my Ysa Makino dress after alterations and wore it for my wedding last week, Every person at my wedding was genuinely amazed at the beauty of the dress and the perfection the alternations exuded. Pita was honest, fierce and sized me up within 30 seconds of meeting me which is very difficult to do. As a doctor of psychology, I encounter many people and personalities but this encounter was real. No pushy sales technique, there were dresses my mom wanted me to try on and Pita would say, I would not let you buy that. Her candid approach gained my trust immediately. She was absolutely the greatest personality to help me find my magic dress. I never thought I would have that awwwwww moment, but I did and started crying like a little girl. Zola really helped me to meet my deadline since I bought the dress just a few weeks before the wedding. She made sure all my alterations were put ahead of everyone to meet the time crush and she did. My dress was ready 5 days before my wedding. Best day ever. Run… don’t walk to Zola Keller.

I am beyond satisfied with their selection and service. Pita was excellent at guiding me through the various dresses to find… the one! Once my dress arrived, I had several fittings and they made sure to make all of the special modifications to make my dress truly my own. The alterations were included in the price of the dress so I was able to keep on budget throughout the alteration process, as that is a cost that some overlook.
If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to Zola first… although, I did enjoy the dress finding experience prior to saying yes to the dress.

I was with my soon to be mother-​in-​law leaving a pool party when we spotted this place from her car. She says to me, «lets just look.»
From the moment we walked in everyone was very friendly towards us– especially considering we were both wet and looked like we just left a pool party. The lady upstairs was so nice and not intrusive at all– she asked me what style I was looking for and pulled the most perfect gown I had ever seen. She saw the sparkle in my eye and suggested I try it on, I told her I was in my bathing suit. She gave me a robe to dry off and I tried it on. It was the dress– great price, great fit and everything I ever wanted.
We walked out with the dress– my bridemaids were a little upset but happy that I am in love with my dress and my experience.
I would recommend this place to any bride!

This was a horrible choice of bridal shops and experience for my daughter. Thank goodness it was not her first so she knows the experience can be a wonderful time. We had a noon appointment and the sales associate could not have been ruder. Two minutes into the appointment she had pulled the five dresses she thought my daughter would like (not clear what that was based on since she barely asked her name) when we all vetoed the first dress and made are reasons know she proclaimed well you won’t like any that I pulled since they all are based off what I was told she wanted. We left and walked down the street to Victoria bridal where we had no appointment and they could not have been more accommodating… Do not waste your time or taint your experience with such an awful business. which clearly has this reputation for years based on the other reviews!

Had a wonderful experience at Zola Keller. I went during a trunk show and got very lucky as the designer was there. It made all the difference in the world as I needed a good amount of altering to my wedding dress to make it more conservative from a strapless dress. Zola and her team were great to work with throughout the whole process and I cant thank them enough for my gorgeous dress! The seamstresses are phenomenal and extremely patient!
As a side note, I would suggest going into the store during the week. The weekends get very hectic and they are able to spend more time and give you more attention during the week.

You will feel like Julia Roberts the moment you walk in here– recall the scene in Pretty Woman where she is snubbed by the workers? That is precisely the scene the staff here chooses to emulate… That is until Richard Gere arrives, flashing some cash and they see that you are ready to spend.
Not sure how much you can blame the staff. Once you get to know the staff, you understand they get a lot of «Look-​key loos» who come in just to gawk and touch the gorgeous gowns they have on display– often with gooey hands from the nearby ice cream shoppes.
Once you get past that, and indicate your reason for coming in, you will find they have the most gorgeous selection of dresses and gowns for every occasion and stunning accessories to highlight even the most humdrum outfit. If you need something sparkly or a dress to knock his socks off, this is the place to go!

Let me start by saying that Zola herself is a gem. She was such an incredible help in finding, altering & accessorizing my wedding dress. The gals on her staff are all super helpful & knowledgeable and Zola’s seamstress is top of the line. They gave me incredible attention and service from the first day I arrived in the store up until my final alteration when they shipped my dress up to Charleston for our destination wedding. My wedding day went off without a hitch and I have received a thousand compliments about my dress. Thank you to Zola & her staff for making my day and my dress SO perfect. — Tina Hofer

I had a very pleasant visit at Zola Keller. I walked in with no appt early on a Tuesday morning. I greeted by a very nice lady I wish I remembered her name. Anyway I browsed the selection upstairs with her non-​intrusive help and I found a dress I really wanted to try on. She suggested I made an appt for later that day and bring back my mom with me. So i did that. She made an appt for the that day and was sweet as pie when I returned with my 5 person entourage. I didn’t buy my dress that day because she encouraged me to come to the trunk show the next weekend for the designer I was interested in. I went out of town and was unable to make it. Even though I did not end up buying my gown here, it wasn’t due to lack of service or selection. The dresses were beautiful and many of them were within a budget brides range. I have since halted looking for a dress but when the process resumes Zola Keller will be on my list.

Zola Keller was the single best and easiest part of my wedding planning. She had a great dress selection and her seamstress is amazing! Very helpful!!!

Hi Ladies,
Do not go to Zola Keller in Ft. Lauderdale!!! This was the 2^nd dress shop I visited, however it was the worst shopping experience of my life! The sales associate (Shavon sp?) was the nastiest person I have ever encountered. She proceeded to tell me that a mermaid dress would be unflattering on me, yet never gave me any suggestions. When told about my $ 2,000.00 budget, she pointed to 2 racks, and she never pulled one dress for me. When I was looking at a dress, she told me that it was way over my budget. I caught her rolling her eyes at me, and when I confronted her, she proceeded to argue with me. She told me she meant for me to see her. When I asked to speak to the store manager (Sandy), I heard this sales associate telling her store manager I had an attitude. The store manager defended this associate. When I asked the associate for her name, she refused to give it to me. The store manager never apologized for this associate. The manager refused to give me any information on when I could contact the owner. Instead of making the bride feel welcome and happy, the associate and the manager had ZERO customer service abilities. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Both of my daughters wedding gowns were purchased at Zola Keller’s. The selection of styles and price range was very inviting. As the mother of the bride I also purchased a couture dress and was very happy with the assistance selecting just the right one! Zola’s staff is well versed in helping brides select the perfect gown to compliment their wedding dream!
