I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Harrison Rosenberg. He is willing to spend the right amount of time to give you a thorough eye exam, and he is extremely pleasant to deal with. He answered all of my questions and explained things clearly. He also gave me several contact lens brands to try out, just to make sure that I had the best contact lenses for me. This sounds normal, but due to my travel schedule, I could not see him again in time, and he gave me another pair (the ones I liked) to double-​check my vision with them on — to really ensure I had the right prescription. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg.

Outstanding customer service. Took my elderly mother there to gather first pair of glasses and they could not have been more helpful. After we picked up the glasses they even called the next day to see if everything was ok.

What kind awesome people I just walked in with broken glasses and they immediately repaired it free of charge with the nicest courteousness. I know where I’m going for my next pair.

The customer service and product are excellent. My wife and I just discovered this business and will be going there for all our future eye glass needs.

I’ve been going to Bridge Opticians for about 3 years, starting when I lived in Englewood Cliffs, but I’ve kept going even after moving down to Hoboken, despite the long subway/​bus ride up to Ft Lee. Dr. Rosenberg is fantastic. He’s helped me switch contact brands several times to try and fix various problems I’ve had with my lenses and every time is very generous with his time and free samples. I’m much happier with my current contacts than the ones I’d be using previously.
The thing that’s made the biggest impression was the last time I ordered contacts 2 months ago. I told him I was going on vacation in a week and he gave me an extra sample pair just in case my contacts didn’t come in before then. The contacts were shipped to me from the distributor and would have arrived before my vacation, but I never received them (I was out when UPS tried to deliver. They needed a signature and left one of those sticky notes, which I signed to let them know to leave it the next day. They took the note, but somehow the package disappeared before I got home. Unfortunately, as far as UPS’ records are concerned, I signed for it, so they weren’t willing/​able to compensate me).
After getting the tracking number from Bridge Opticians and dealing with UPS customer service, I finally gave up and ordered new contacts. Dr. Rosenberg apologized profusely (despite it being in no way his fault) and offered to have them shipped to his office and then mail them on to me himself through USPS (so they could be left in my mailbox). Even better, he offered to split the cost of the new contacts so I wouldn’t be charged full price (my annual insurance benefit for contacts was used up by the first order) and told me to wait to give him my credit card information to pay until I actually received them. He really went above and beyond to help fix an issue that wasn’t his fault at all.

Dr. Rosenberg is as good as it gets when getting an eye exam. He was thorough and patient. I sincerely recommend him. They have a very nice selection of frames and provide excellent customer service. Ask to work with Nancy if she is available. She is really good.

I have been a customer of Bridge for several years. I have found the staff and Dr Rosenberg to be professional, patient and responsive to my needs. I have progressive lenses which are quite technical in terms of getting the prescription and positioning exactly right, so I rely on Bridge to get it done. Excellent selection of frames and styles. Prices are always discounted.

I have never had glasses or a full scale eye exam before in my life. I’m glad I came to Bridge Opticians. Dr. Harrison Rosenberg is great! He was very professional, thorough and answered all of my questions during the exam. (I’m pretty inquisitive and tend to ask a lot of questions so I appreciated his patience).
I used my vision insurance plan so pricing was more than reasonable. Bridge Opticians has a pretty nice variety of frames and David, the optician, helped me pick out the perfect pair. When I picked up my reading glasses, Dr. Rosenberg made sure that they fit perfectly. In addition, he fixed some Chanel sunglasses that I haven’t been able to wear for years because I never knew where to take them to be repaired.
I pretty much love this place and Dr. Rosenberg!

I had a very good experience with Bridge Opticians, close to the George Washington bridge.
Dr. Harrison Rosenberg is by far the most meticulous, thoughtful, and funny eye doctor I’ve ever had. He is very careful about getting all the details right, and has a very modern facility for getting people’s eyes tested. I would definitely not go anywhere else now!
They also have a great collection of frame, although on the pricier side. Nancy has been extremely helpful with getting my lenses replaced and is very friendly, so go to her if you have a choice.
