The vendors here are really friendly people who are always open to talking. It has a small, cozy atmosphere that makes it a nice way to spend some time on a Sunday if you’re in the area. It’s a fun summertime tradition.

The Fort Lee Farmer’s market is located in the north parking lot of the Alter Community Center. It takes place on Sundays starting at 8am. It is pretty small. There was a baked goods table, pickle vendor, hummus and one produce vendor (there were a few others probably under 10 vendors total). I will say that the produce vendor had a very nice selection of fruits and vegetables. Other than that, there was not really much here.
I was here early in the morning, so unfortunately, I missed the Callahan’s hot dog truck (my favorite hot dog of all time).
Not bad if you are in the area. if you do come, take a walk across the street to Kochers Market, a great German deli.
