This place is a great local pizzeria. The crust is crispy, cheese is pretty good quality, and the sauce is bomb! very flavorful.

I recently moved from NYC and couldn’t find a good pizza place for months. That is until I was pleasantly surprised by Nova! This neighborhood staple is casual and unassuming, perfect for getting a real slice of pizza. They also have whole wheat and gluten free pizza options, which was harder to find in neighborhood places in the city. So if you’re looking for a NY slice with a guilt-free touch, you can have your pie and eat it too ;0) I love their mushroom pizza, garlic knots, and caesar salad. They also add a yummy touch to their Hawaiian pizza by adding bacon. So glad I have a new«go-to» pizza place!

I haven’t been to this pizzeria in about 6 months but I went in the other day out of convenience and their pizza was outstanding! Comparable to Joe’s pizza in the west village. Thin and crispy with just the right ratio of sauce cheese and dough! I asked and not to my surprise, it’s under new management which explains the much improved quality in slices. Definitely my new go to pizzeria!

Super sized, classic NY style slices. So big you need to have them cut in half. Super convenient location with easy parking.

Look, before you call me out on my high rating… let me explain. I can appreciate the artisan pizzas, with their buffalo mozzarella and san marzano tomatoes… but sometimes you just want a regular slice of pizza. This is the place to get it in North Jerz. It’s 5-star, good old-fashioned, regular NYC-style-pizza. The kind I grew up on as a kid. Crispy crust. Perfect sauce-to-cheese ratio. And their mushroom slice is legit. The use white and portabellos. Yum! I can’t believe I never hit up this place, as it’s less than a 5-minute drive from my office. Will be back for sure.

I stopped by there just last week on my home from the city. The selection, and the pizza overall, is by far the best in the area. The consistency of the crust coupled with the cheese was absolutely delicious. The staff was also extremely accommodating. I’ve been told I’m a bit of a pizza snob but although this is a little far from me, I am going to make it a point to go out of the way to have again.

I stopped by Nova Pizza and Pasta yesterday with my family as it was on my way to where we needed to go. The family was starving so we stopped by and had several pizza slices, a chicken cutlet sandwich, and a grilled chicken salad. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of pizza selections, hot and cold sandwiches, pasta, and more! The food was superb and we were greeted by friendly faces. A definite regular spot for my family. I highly recommend it. We can’t wait to go again!

We usually order delivery through their website; a personal size pizza and one or two appetizers. We’ve tried other places in Fort Lee, and this is the only place that’s been consistently good. They’ve been good with following up on missing items on our orders. There was an incident when our drinks weren’t included in our order even though we had paid for it. When we let the delivery guy know, he went back and got the two bottles of soda for us. They’re also good about letting you know if they are out of an item and refund your money. It’s not the BEST pizza, but we like the consistency and delivery time is pretty reasonable too.

I think this is the best pizza in the neighborhood mainly because the pizza isn’t overly greasy. Like I can eat half a pie and still be able to move around.

Got a slice of ‘the works’ and it was pretty wack. Wasn’t doughy or all that flavorful

Not the place if you’re craving some good pizza. it’s just so conveniently close to my house that I end up going here — but it’s rare. I dined in once, and the dining area is unsurprisingly small(like many other pizza joints). People opt for hometown shops instead of big name pizza stores like Dominos for that homey taste — well, you’re not going to find that here. We had eggplant mozzarella sticks which were so darn over-fried that the thing just snapped in two, to expose a soggy eggplant. We also got the eggplant pizza(I have no idea what got into us that day, but we were yearning for eggplants on everything). The pizza was delivered hot and fresh but it seems like the quality has declined over the years. The crust was a bit too thick for my liking and the eggplant pieces seemed like they were thrown on after the pizza was cooked. I’ve tried the mushroom slice before, and I recall that that pizza is far more delicious than the eggplant. My advice is, go for anything but the eggplant pizza. Not all of their pizzas will be good and I can’t say anything about meat slices as I don’t eat meat. So far as the service goes — they’re quick, usually pleasant to deal with and patient(I recall standing at the counter for 3 minutes looking dazed with my jaw open as I read down the menu — no one was waiting so I thought i’d take my sweet time and I was quite hungover as well). I don’t think Baggio’s nearby is any better. Still on the hunt for good pizza in our neighborhood.

I come here for 1 thing — their Margherita slice. Not big on their regular slices since I’m a picky pizza eater but in a pinch, this is my fall back for dinner on the go. Their slices are huge too… I would say 2 of their slices is the same as 3 regular ones.

Delicious pizza, huge slices! The mushroom slice is my favorite because they throw on big chunks of portobello mushrooms. Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

their white pizza is amazing! great size, right amount of pepper, and never greasy! however, the pizza was never warm whenever we ordered it and had to microwave it each time

Worth avoiding unless you’re drunk. My folks just moved to Fort Lee and we were looking for a quick bite. We called in an order for a large Calabrese pizza. This specialty pizza has three toppings — peppers, onions, and sausage. Evidently this was too complex for them… only two of the three made it onto the pie. That’s to be forgiven but the folks weren’t particularly accommodating(I had to ask multiple times for red pepper and cheese to take with me and the person behind the counter seemed totally put out by the request). Finally, the pizza itself is just not particularly good. I could forgive crummy service and missed toppings if the underlying product was good but it’s just not.

I had to try how bad this place was, after seeing all the reviews about this place. First off, the pasta that I had ordered, seemed like the sauce came from a can. The sauce was so bland, that I could go to shoprite and buy my own pasta sauce. Second the pasta itself, was so low that the high school pasta, would outrank its quality. Third, it came with garlic bread… 2 inches worth. I mean it was also burnt. Fourth, I had this chicken clutlet sandwich. It was so bad, I got really really bad heartburn. The cutlet was burnt, the sandwich had very little mayo that the sandwich experience was like eating a «sand“wich. For the price, totaling to 18. Never go here. McDonald sells better sandwich, also buying frozen pizza from Shoprite would beat this place, anytime. Other thing, the delivery driver was a bit confusing. I mean normally, delivery drivers have something that shows where they work. This guy had some other business headwear, he looked confused, the reciept is illegible. No one can read it. Buy some Listerine, before going to this place. Another word, if Gordon Ramsay visited this place, the military would arrive trying to restrain him down.
