Five star pedicure and one star gel manicure. Gloppy, uneven, no shine, and bubbles galore. Almost comically bad but didn’t want to miss anymore vacation getting it repaired. The pedicure, however, was flawless and so thorough! Wish that tech had done it all. Careful with their gel selections– lots have faded and look nothing like what comes out of the bottle. In hindsight, I wish I had saved the $ 58, bought a bottle of drugstore polish and some topcoat, and gone out to dinner with the difference. No way would my nails have looked any worse if I did a DIY. They were shaped well, but the gel application– yikes!

Called three hours before for appointment for 3. Arrived and didn’t sit us together. Had my daughter from out of state and granddaughter. Wanted to visit with them. Actually screamed in pain. Very rough treatment. Never again!!!

Wonderful nail salon. They use quality brand name products. Excellent professional service in a relaxing environment. Very clean and they use disposable liners in the pedicure bowls. Jackie is excellent. She takes her time and does a beautiful job. Had the Nexgen nails, no odor and nice for sensitive skin. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years. It used to be great but it changed hands a couple of months ago. Tommy and crew are no longer there. The technicians are nice but just not as good and today I noticed that the place is not as clean. There were nail clippings on the floor near my chair. I had to wait quite a while as they only had three technicians on a Friday afternoon before the holiday. I won’t be going back. Not a bad place just not the best anymore.

I love this place. The owners are awesome. They always remember your name and bend over backwards to fit you in even when they are busy. Amazing work!

Had gel pedicure and the lady told me on the phone when I set up an appointment that it was $ 25. After the pedicure she told me it was $ 40. The service was good but the price discrepancy bothered me.

My nails look great but not the most pleasant experience. Definitely not the worst, but just felt rushed and confused due to lack of communication.

I always have Mani-Pedis done at Diamond Nails next to COSTCO strip mall, in TJ Maxx/Home Goods mall, located at Cypress Lakes and 41. It’s well located, the ambience is very pleasant. It’s well-decorated, exceptionally soothing environment, new equipment, massage spa chairs, spa music, very clean. They even offer you a drink(wine too!). The workers are cordial, pleasant, take their time and work hard to make your experience and the outcome worthwhile. Mani-pedi specials on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesdays are $ 30!(I always tip $ 5 – 6.) Long lasting manicures and pedicures, relaxing chairs with footbaths, and serious personal calf massage. Best nail salon and most reasonable mani-pedi I’ve found in area(from Fort Myers-North Fort Myers and Cape Coral, to Sanibel)!

In response to Lori’s comment… you are right, I am not their only customer and yes I did call to say I was running late. Also, my aunt did have an appointment as well. Since as I had previously stated, I have to drive over an hour to get their so I wouldn’t just show up with an extra person. Maybe I should’ve specified. Sorry you feel my review was inconsiderate to others. But that’s how I feel, I offered to wait until they could see me(they have a sign out front walk-ins welcome), I was extremely apologetic and the woman at the desk didn’t even let me sit down. I don’t know what you feel customer service is but that’s not it.

Loved the guy who did me pedicure. Speaks good english. Apparently that’s a big deal to another comment I read on here. They have a punch card for deals. Price was $ 25 for me on this day since it was my first pedi. I sat in the spa chair. Offered me a drink to which I said yes to some white wine. Good conversation and a good job means I will be back. Nice ambiance inside too. Whoever decorated did well. What I would suggest are some brighter newer polishes. Much of what they have seems old or the colors seem drab. I couldn’t find a bright neon blue but they had orange, yellow, green/teal and pink. That was all I needed to get my duo toe colors.

This is my go-to nail spot after a couple of horrible experiences with ProFiles. I call a bit in advance to ensure I don’t have to wait and they always see me promptly. Their massage chairs for pedicures are just out of this world. If you get anything done here, get a pedi! Prices are very reasonable and if you are a frequent customer they give you a punch card for discounts. Sometimes I come in with crazy design ideas I see on Pinterest and they are always willing to oblige :) Very clean — they use new packages of sanitized tools on every customer. And offer complimentary water. Two thumbs up!

After my regular nail place closed down I searched for three months in search of a new salon and I found a home at Diamond Nails. I like the friendly service, in season I make appointments so I don’t have to wait, but walk-ins are welcome. Prices are competitive and the owners are always there. The traffic at the Costco shopping center is sometimes congested, but Diamond Nails is worth the effort to get in.

Best place I’ve ever been. Tommy is the owner and does an amazing job on my nails. The service is unparalleled and the prices are great. They treat their regular customers like family. There’s no talking to each other in vietnamese while you wonder if they’re secretly talking about you. No pushy sales, and they genuinely care about you enjoying yourself while you’re there. They carry a red and white boxed wine and waters/soda. Ask the owner about his fish tank — he’ll brag about his new fishes. I am so glad I found this place and won’t get my nails done anywhere else! Suggestion: Make an appointment for acrylics. Tommy and his wife(Yen) are the only ones that do acrylic(he’s tried to hire more people, but I think his standards are too high for anyone to stay very long — a GOOD thing in my book). Also, if you get the Diamond Deluxe pedicure(a little pricey at $ 45), you’re in for a REAL treat!
