Fair to good food. not kosher so did not get the lamb gyro… has beef with it. gyro dipped in juices of lamb/beef before warming/toasting…I was hungry so are it anyway… when I order chicken to get away from beef I don’t want beef juices on my food… but that’s me…

I’ve eaten at Patinella’s on multiple occasions as well as had their company cater meetings and events for the Junior League of Fort Myers. The food is always fresh and the tzatziki sauce is to die for! A great place to go if you’re too lazy to cook dinner or lunch. They’ve got pretty large portions for their rice bowls. My only gripe… when you ask for olives they only give you 3 – 5 olives(and yes, asking for more costs extra).

I’ve only tried the Greek rice bowl so far and it’s very good. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. This seems to be a very popular lunch spot. My food was prepared pretty quickly even though they were busy. They also have gyros, Mexican rice bowls, and other specials. A little more expensive than fast food but so worth it. The normal size rice bowl costs about $ 7-$ 8 and is plenty of food. If you’re not super hungry they have a smaller size too for about $ 5.

The gyros are very good but I would expect a side for $ 7. Friendly staff and clean enough.

Healthier fast food places are popping ip all over the place which is a good thing. We had cbicken gyros with sides of rice as nd beans. The food was good and the gyro was quite large. The side of beans and rice was small and for an additional $ 3 added to the price with a drink I might overlook it next time. I’d like to see some more sauce choices for toppings. Next time I will try one of their bowls. The staff wad friendly and helpful with us making our choices as it was our first visit. We dined in. The restaurant was clean and well lsid out.

Love this place. It reminds me of the California Chicken Grill I used to go to in college. I last went here at lunch. It was slammed. I always get a chicken Cesar pita with no lettuce which always seems to baffle the staff but whatever my body my choice. Love this place & I’ll keep coming back! Also they’re closed on Sundays…

Per house recommendation: Mexican chicken and rice bowl from the Favorites menu. Get black beans if you like them. Get everything as it comes, all included. Get a meal, add Balsamic Tomatoes & Cucumbers. If you don’t like spicy, scrape off the green stuff on top. For sauce mix the«S Chili» and«TZ» sauces together. Grab your favorite drink(sweet tea for me) and enjoy. This meal was plentiful for me, and outstanding. Very delicious and a good testament for the quality of food and ingredients. The sauce combo was wonderful. This place is a definite recommendation in a city with few good quick places to eat.

great addition to this area of Fort Myers. I had a gyros today and it was very good. The meat was just as I remember from gyros of old. Excellent options for those looking for vegetarian or lighter meals. It is close to our office and I am very happy to have a healthier option.

Word of advice: have some semblance of knowledge with what you want prior to ordering. It’s busy, especially during the lunch hour. Not recommended to stand and decide what you want, as the staff makes an assembly line to get you your food, quick, and get you out(or seated). Considering this place is new to the area, all hopes that the rush dies down. It’s an ADHD /Autistic’s worst night mare — loud noises, people in and out… but it was good to go in and get grub. There is an up charge on certain items(turning a Greek salad into a Greek chicken salad — $ 2 extra for the chicken, $ 1 extra if you want a pita with it… pita does not come with any of their salads). Although, Pita does come with the vegetarian rice bowl. Greek chicken salad, regular size($ 8.99): as a whole, plentiful. Chicken was pre grilled(stays warm in a warmer), moist. Options for toppings are whatever you’d like — feta, onion, olives, tomatoes, ecc. Sauces — mini cups of dressings to choose from, or the package you can buy at the grocery store(which may be extra, as we picked up the cup of Tzatziki. Vegetarian rice bowl, regular size($ 7.39): again, plentiful. Literally felt like a pound of rice and a pound of black beans. Shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives. All warm and melting together, although it went from the bottom up: rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, 4 olives. I didn’t finish it all. Too big. Choice of sauce — was suggested the mild chili. Looks like Catalina salad dressing with chili flakes in it. Tastes like(and has consistency of) sweet and sour sauce, again, spiked with chili flakes. Will I go back? Maybe. I would be interested in ordering something else, but I’ll have to know a head of time what I want… Interesting feature: for their lamb items(mainly gyro), there’s a person carving it right from the rotisserie. you could hear it sizzling as the guy carved it.
