Always clean and maintained. Employees have been great to me over the past few years. The food has always been fresh and the pharmacy has been quick. It gets crowded in season but welcome to FL.
I don’t understand the other user’s comments about customers «wondering» around on their phones. The customers don’t owe you anything — they are not there to entertain you. As far as the phones go, most people living in the 21st century have shopping lists or notes on their phone. This is nothing special in regards to this Publix so deal with it.

Staff was kind, courteous, and prompt. Always with a smile and a joke and a desire to help. It was the typical Public courtesy this grocery is known for.

Although many Publix stores have completely different layouts this particular Publix is very user-​friendly and the staff is absolutely wonderful. If I can’t find something they are willing to look for it or even order it for me. Never had an issue with meats, produce, bakery or deli items. Their motto is very true shopping is a pleasure there.

A Publix is a Publix when it’s not a Sweetbay.
Had to stop in after going to another store in the area. All Publix stores are designed differently, and this one has everything on opposite ends then the one I’m used to. Still found what I needed and was in and out in no time.

BIg, nice clean Publix. I don’t normally go to this one obviously because I do not live in Ft. Myers but the locations don’t very much in customer service and cleanliness!
