OK, heres the final, they got the fixture, quickly diagnosed it and are sending me a replacement, exactly what I hoped would be the case when spending larger than average dollars for solar fixtures for my house. I am pleased at the outcome.

altho I still had to pay to get them back the defective light, (which I see as not fair) they took the time to call me today to review the issue, lets see that they find the issue which I know if there since the other light I have works fine…
