Suncoast Surgery Center

Mom had both eyes done in less than a week (cataracts). She was in and out each time in an hour and a half. This places churns through them like an assembly line. My mother was very happy with the overall care, procedure and timing. Debbie in the recovery room was extremely caring. The front desk (and all of the nurses that came out) all were always upbeat and very cheery. Easy procedures with Dr. Franz.

Great people watching.
One unisex restroom and some water fountains. No vending, coffee machines, etc.
The chairs on the far side next to the wall facing the TV have the only electrical outlet.
Not too much close by (like a Starbucks) so you’re stuck there.
Benches outside for resting and for smokers.
