It was just ok. Not many flavors to choose from. We were treated rudely by the staff. The staff spoke about us in spanish while we stood in front of them… Won’t be back.

Awesome fro-yo! Great flavors with nutritional information freely available. Nice selection of fruits and Bobas as well. They also offer an FGCU discount!

We had a terrific experience here. The yogurt and toppings were delicious as always. But the best part was that the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We got there several minutes before opening time, but they opened for us anyway and were so kind and helpful. A nice change from the many places that don’t seem to think that customer service is important.

They charge .55 cents for the cup and don’t tell you, they charge more than any yogurt shop per ounce, but they have good flavors.

While they didn’t have a plethora of choices, what they did have was quite good. Opted for a blend of tiramisu, butter pecan and choc espresso. Yummy! Have never seen tiramisu flavored yogurt before and glad to have found it. Usual assortment of toppings, fruit, nuts, candy and syrups. Was really a hard decision between trying this or going for Kilwin’s which is in same shopping center at Gulf Coast. Love me some Kilwins but glad I found strange named Yogen Fruz.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My family was treated SO rudely here. After having to argue over how many sample cups they would give our party with the owner(?)/cashier, we decided this was not a place wanted to give our business with so many good places in the area. When we went to leave, 2 of our our young children were yelled at for getting samples and myself for throwing out a cup. I surely wouldn’t want to be given a cup after someone else had handled it! Not sure if the other owner/stock boy planned on putting the $ 0.01 empty cup back out for others to eat from after my 8 yr old had handled it. When we tried to explain we were leaving because we were treated poorly he yelled us out of the shop in front of other customers and our young children and then his wife/co-owner implied to the guests checking out that we had been drinking!!! Don’t go here! When we left… by force by the crazy owner … we walked out to a group on the sidewalk that actually said«looks like same thing happened to you guys in there.». This place should be closed down and will be soon if other owners don’t come take it over. Went to yogurt mountain a few miles down the road and had a great experience. Just hope our children aren’t too traumatized…

My favorite place to go for desert after a good meal at the gulf center! They bring in some new flavors every so often and keep my favorites around. And they generously give sample cups until you find the flavor commitment of the night. Red velvet is always a sure win! Limited time pumpkin spice is very tasty too!

Decent yogurt but watch out for the lack of food safety and sanitation. We asked for whipped cream and were directed to a plastic squeeze bottle– like the kind chocolate syrup is kept in. The bottle was warm, and what emerged was far from whipped cream. When questioned about the refrigeration of the bottle, the employee assured me they kept it in the fridge–«every night!» Too bad they leave it out to spoil during the day.

It’s in a convenient location and the yogurt is good. I would say it is as good as Cups. The toppings bar is your average selection.

Finally, a place where the most prominently displayed information is how many calories you are consuming! Per ounce! Adjusted for each flavor!!! MiNd ExPlOdinG! I am in love, since I am(more or less) a health obsessed gym freak whose most frequently consumed dessert is an organic 100-calorie dark chocolate & pomegranate Vitalicious VitaBrownie. Anyone that routinely consumes and enjoys things that sound like«Coldstone» or «Fribble» or «Chunky Monkey» …might be a little adverse to the lighter nature of the yogen that comes from this place. But for those of you I have not yet scared away, Yogen Fruz is this space-age LED-lit clear plastic chair thing with more or less eight varieties of frozen yogurt to choose from. You serve yourself, put on your own toppings, and pay by weight. For the amount of calories it has, it is actually decently pretty good. You can calorie it up with your choice of crushed candy bars, nuts, fruits, gummies, fresh fruit — weight it — and go. Or sit. Since I routinely get lost trying to find this place and have, on more than one occasion, walked the entire Gulf Coast Town Center from end to end only to find I parked pretty much right across from it — here are some easy to follow directions: 1. Park in GCTC near Red Robin. 2. Get out of your car. 3. Look around before you start walking aimlessly. 4. Yogen as much Fruz as you possibly can.

I love this place!!! The frozen yogurt is just delicious. I don’t care that much for the typical flavors, I much rather have them mix the fruit right on the spot with the type of yogurt I want. What is healthier than yogurt with natural fruit? I literally go once a week to get my «fix» of the week, and 99% of the time I’ve received great service .

I trek out to this place at least once a week. I can’t get enough of their delicious yogurt. They don’t have a ton of tart flavors, but I can’t get enough of their white chocolate topped with cheesecake and strawberries. Customer service is sometimes a bit shaky. Not out of the ordinary to have to ask for more of a certain topping or sample cups, but for the most part this place is the jam.

First off, the good: The store is well-lit, colorful, and clean. The yogurt has nice flavor intensity, a little tanginess to remind you that it’s frozen yogurt and not soft-serve. There’s a variety of toppings so you can create whatever you want(eg, I had coconut cream pie yogurt with toasted coconut and graham cracker — pie-in-a-bowl!). Now, the bad: there’s not much selection in the yogurt department(12 flavors, one of which is plain yogurt without any flavoring), and their yogurt lacks a little creaminess; it feels a touch grainy in the mouth(not bad, per se, but weird enough that it’s worth a mention). The toppings are not labeled, so you have to kind of guess what’s what. Additionally, the fresh fruit toppings are only reachable from behind the service bar, so you need an employee to grab them for you. Alas, there were only 2 employees on when we visited(at about 6:30PM on a Wednesday), and neither of them was free to help with the fruit. Finally, and this is the bit that really knocked the score down was that the reason one of the employees couldn’t help with toppings was that the manager had pulled her into the stockroom and was berating her for something(not being able to find the chocolate, I think?). TOTALLY inappropriate for that to be happening within earshot of customers. All thing being equal, I’ll go to one of the other dessert places in the area; I’ll be back here only if my wife really demands yogurt over ice cream.
