Joy’s Ice cream is one of our favorite places to go to when we visit grandma in Fort Pierce. There are over 30 different flavors of ice cream, including a new one; Maple Bacon. If you are not into ice cream they also offer a large variety of frozen yogurt(hard scoops), soft serve ice cream and sherbert. Their frozen cases will have you drooling with their variety of ice cream cakes, ice cream cake slices(who thought of this wonderful idea!!!) and ice cream sandwiches. Staff is so friendly, attentive and quick! Prices are very reasonable and they have something for everyone!

Had the coconut ice cream and it was fabulous!!! Very unassuming storefront but they were in their last location for 10 years and this one for 8 years so they are clearly doing something right!

Wonderful selection of ice cream and sorbet! The staff is extremely friendly, making our first experience there really nice! They have a Bacon Caramel flavor that is actually really good! Will definitely make this our new ice cream shop!

First time I was here; I’ve just moved to the area from out of state. Last Friday I stopped in and got a cup of vanilla ice cream to go. Got home, put it in the freezer then had it a couple of hours later. With spoon in hand, I was really enjoying this creamy dessert until half way through I pulled a hair out of my mouth, allot longer than mine and a different color. I was disgusted! Obviously basic sanitary guidelines are not followed here. A simple hair net would have solved this issue. I won’t be back.

Great ice cream spot and near home! Service could have been better. There was a young lady helping who made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her but there a was a young boy who was friendly to the other customers. All I wanted was mint chocolate chip and they were out which honestly broke my heart. They had a ton of options but the heart wants what the heart wants. Anywho, we had the marble crunch and it was very tasty. They have a ton of flavors! We got a plastic container for 4.95(pint). I will be back for that mint chocolate chip. I also did like that they had plenty of seats inside and even sell icecream cakes. This place definitely deserves a second and third visit.

Okay, people. I have literally had ice cream in almost every continent in the world, except Australia(and Antarctica…) and it is seriously the best ice cream ever. «Batter Up» is my absolute favorite. Once you try it, any other ice cream claiming that it’s cake batter flavored is like saying that oranges are bacon flavored. Yes. It’s that big of a difference.

If you want amazing made in house ice cream this is the place. Family owned and operated(always someone from the family on site) I am loyal to Joys. We found it by chance and go back once a week. Their Almond Joy ice cream is to die for and my wife’s favorite. As a matter of fact we went on my wife’s birthday and they were out of the Almond Joy. She told them how disappointed she was because it was her birthday and they said they were making it it just was not completely frozen and if she didn’t mind it soft they would get it from the back. Now that was great service and made her birthday. Huge portions no matter what you order. I always get a two scoop sundae and even the hot fudge is home made. My only complaint is they are not in PSL. Oh and too many choices in flavors. You have to go to Joys!

Nice little home made ice cream shop. Excellent selection at reasonable prices. The chocolate fudge brownie was delectable… Just as good as Ben and Jerry’s. Very nice servers as well.

This little gem of an ice cream parlor is located in an ordinary strip mall but it could easily be located in a top end store collection. The ice cream is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I’d rate it right up there with Maggie Moo’s. The product is made right there and the quality control shows. A restaurant owner in Jensen Beach tipped us off to Joy’s and I only wish we’d gone there sooner. I’ll look for it again the next time I vacation down there.
