Decent place to catch a game. Not the biggest Buffalo Wild Wings but it wasn’t packed either. Staff is nice and service was timely. Manager is a Bengals fan so if you come to watch a Steelers game expect him to yell anti Steelers comments. Other than that, decent bar.

Placed a To-Go order. Arrived 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready. Waiting in line 35 minutes to make a pickup. Food is already cold and I’m in the car leaving the restaurant.

Don’t use online ordering, they’re so inept it flusters them… Calling isn’t much better, but at least it doesn’t at a 15 – 20 minute delay. Simple training of employees could easily resolve the appearance of a depth of ignorance.

A big no. Nope. Horrid if you ask me. I need more letters to post but I dont have any. A big no. Maybe id consider a no, but I already said it. Travesty if you will. Smells like a gym.

This is a very odd BWW. It’s set up in a weird way, and it’s long and narrow with the bar all the way in the back. Since I was on my own, that’s where I camped out.
The bartenders were okay… not all that friendly. I came on a Tuesday (the only good day to come in my opinion, when wings are cheap), but it was pretty early and very quiet so that wasn’t an excuse.
I ordered 5x each of three different wings — salt and vinegar, wild, and asian zing. They came out within 10 – 15 minutes and were of better size than I expected — quite meaty, surprisingly.
Salt and Vinegar — my go to when I don’t want spicy… I just love the taste combo
Wild — a really hot punch but still with decent flavor. Not my favorite, and I should have just gotten mango habanero
Asian Zing — pretty good… like a sweet and sour sauce, really.
For 65 cents each on Tuesday, they were really quite good.

I really am stumped as too how to start this review.
Where to start.
Ordered two different types of beer, and one was flat. Asked for extra veggies got tons of carrots but celery was missing close to non existent. We ordered chips only to get undercooked limp potato discs.(yuk!) to make matters worse after ordering traditional wings we get boneless fried. Send order back only to get still half as*+% cooked chips. And wings that no offense I’ve tasted your hottest and could tell you mixed it with my Asian zinger because I sent my order back.
We will not come back to this establishment ever. Quality of service and food has went too far down and I personally believe enough chances for your Fort Walton Beach store. I will instead find another place to get my wing fix.

I have eaten at a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings but the wings at this location are very very small. One of my wings was barely an inch long. They were all so tiny I could not believe it. I left the place still hungry.
UPDATE two years later. The wing sizes have improved. I am giving them 2 more stars.

Food is on par with what you would expect for a bdubs;
5 years ago bdubs actually had good bone in wings. now not so much. but the sauces are still hot enough to kick a hole in your face.
The most outstanding part of this particular upstanding establishment is the service. time and time again the service is friendly, fast, sometimes witty and helpful without interrupting. This is a rare and precious commodity in these parts of the woods. Well done bdubs. i recommend sitting at the bar. good job Angela; you are awesome!

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings, but DEAD for Monday night football. I think there were 4 of us in there — so bizarre. Bruno the bartender was nice though.

Great dinner tonight! We usually visit this location weekly. Some visits have been bad, some okay and others great! Tonight the waitress suggested that we sample the new temporary sauces. We sampled the new margarita sauce and salted caramel bbq. Both were great! We decided to pass on the sample of the ghost pepper. We decided on the salted caramel bbq and parm garlic since we got boneless. Margarita will be great on traditional wings! Will get next week! Another tip, ask if they do military discounts!

I dont know what the deal is at this location but it is always good. Great staff. Order is hot and right.
They get you in and out at lunch so you can go during your lunch hour.
Love to play trivia so this is also a great spot for Buzztime.

My husband went to pick up a to go order yesterday which consisted of boneless wings, French fries and mozzarella sticks. We live about 10 minutes from the restaurant so when my husband left, it should have taken him about 25 minutes to get there, grab the food and come back. It took almost an hour!
They cooked a small amount of boneless wings but we ordered a medium, so they had to remake them. However, my complaint is that they didn’t remake the whole order! They left the fries and mozzarella sticks in styrofoam containers the whole time and by the time the boneless wings were done, we had soggy, cold fries and rubbery mozzarella sticks. It was such a waste of money and I’m highly disappointed. If you’re going to redo part of a to go order, you need to redo the whole thing.

I’ve been to this BWW twice and both times the service was below par. Servers are busy talking and flirting with each other. I had to chase down the server 2 different times for drink refills and a third time for the check.
First time, I finished off ten of the Blazin wings and they were hot.
Second time the Caribbean Jerk wings and tasted like brown sugar. Normally I don’t waste food and eat it regardless of taste but after 3 wings I couldn’t eat anymore. They were way too sweet.
