Very quick service. Heather was my consultant and she was very knowledgable of the carpets. I let her know exactly what I wanted and my price range and she showed me all the materials within my price range and gave me her personal opinion of what I should get and why. I replaced my carpet in my home because im putting it up for rental this summer and she suggested something not too cheap and not too expensive. Setting up the installation date was quick. She made me pick the date and the time and made sure someone was available to get it done. On the day of installation, they were scheduled to come at 9:00 and showed up at 8:39. They removed the old carpet, padding and replaced everything and threw the old carpet away for me. They were out of the door at 10:30am and everything looked great. A few days later, she called to follow up on the service and if I needed anything else. Great customer service right there. If you need new flooring in your home, I suggest going to them. They not only do carpets but hardwood, laminate, tiles and more.
