Ordered tonight & the customer service was good. It was cheap, delivered in under 30-minutes & still hot, too.

OK at best pizza, nothing that WOW’s me. I’d say 3 star pizza, but 1 star because of business conduct and ethic. I am on the email list for Papa rewards, and periodically receive free offers. I’ve had a free pizza offer before, and had that be the only thing I redeem and do carry-out. This makes me feel valued as a customer and that Papa John’s values my business and patronage. I now see that it’s smoke & mirrors. I recently had an offer in my email valid for 1 week only for an 8in. Chocolate Chip Cookie appetizer, promo code 7COOKIE valid thru 5−22−14. My wife and son had been gone for 4 days and had just come home. Money is tight and this offer got me excited because I could surprise my wife with a good dessert and I’d just have to pick it up. The next pizza night would then be a guaranteed Papa John’s night. I went on the app to order it, and was told I’d have to order a minimum of $ 2.99 in order to qualify for the order. It was strange to me because there wasn’t any indication of a minimum order amount on the offer email — I verified, just to make sure it wasn’t «Get a free cookie with purchase of a _________», it just plainly said«Free cookie», and the requirements were 7 Papa Rewards Points(I had 9…) and that promo code. I figured it was a glitch in the website, so I called my local store to clarify. The guy that answered the phone told me he’d get me a manager to clarify, a short time later the same guy came back on the phone and told me the manager said there was nothing she could do, and that it had to be on the website. 1. It’s misleading to offer reward points for an entire franchise, but to only allow redemption on the website 2. It’s not ethically right to offer a free reward but to require purchase of something else without specifying that on the offer itself. It’s dishonest and misleading (a pattern of misleading and less than honest behaviors) 3. It’s poor customer service for a manager to not speak directly to a customer regarding a company procedure issue. It’s cowardly for a manager to hide behind her staff and have them deliver bad news. I work in customer service, and have been for my whole life. Customers appreciate honestly and forthcomingness, as well as the manager’s ability to step up and admit a wrong has occurred and to make it right. This is what separates an employee from a manager, the responsibility to the customer and the business. The website & the franchises are obviously not partnered or considered equals. In my opinion, this manager who was on duty the night of 5÷18÷14 should go back to being responsible for no more than making pizzas. If she’s not willing to talk to customers, obviously not good enough to take orders on the phone, and if she can’t make decisions she shouldn’t be managing. Avoiding confrontation isn’t what managers do. Free stuff won’t repair this, nor will apologies. I won’t ever be spending my money for Papa John’s again. My wife didn’t like it anyway, makes me feel foolish for always pushing for it. There are plenty — repeat, P-L-E-N-T-Y, pizza places in Fort Walton that keep me happy.

Worst pizza i’ve ever had. Very few ingredients. We had a pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and bell pepper. Only 1 slice of pepperoni per large slice. Couldn’t find any sausage or mushroom s. Guess I will stick with pizza hut or papa Murphy’s.

Pizza is great. Eat here about once or twice a week. Had a couple of problems getting orders correct over the telephone.
