Made an hour trip here on a reccomendation to replace a graphics card. I always prefer to do business with independent businesses as locally as possible. I took my failing card in for reference and when I told the associate that I was looking to purchase a high end card, he insisted on arguing that what I had was not a high end card. This was not even my point. I came in with a $ 400 — $ 700 budget for a new, HIGHER end card and was driven away by a staff member who was more interested in showing how little he thought I knew than making a sale. I had no such problems with NewEgg. They were happy to take my business with nary a condescending comment.

Horrible Experience. Brought in an iPhone 5 in with a software issue. After three hours I returned to find that they couldn’t do anything for my iPhone and it was essentially bricked. After explaining that my phone was as good as a paperweight they tried to sell me a used iPhone for $ 350. I was extremely disappointed. I decided to get a second opinion at another computer store within the strip. They were able to completely fix the phone in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me. A Plus Computers wanted to charge me $ 350 to replace a phone that had a minor non-hardware issue. That’s a scam. Never returning.
