I have a love/​hate relationship with this place. I love the fabrics and notions, I love the sales fliers with the 40% off coupons — but what I hate is the speed of the service — SLOW and slower every time! If I need something cut, I can plan on 10 minutes or more most times. There are many women all standing around the counter, waiting like me. Checkout is the same — slow with long lines, and yet management never seems to be responsive and move employees around to take care of customers. So, I’d recommend visiting during weekdays or other times when you have the time and are less likely to fight crowds …
