I had my windshield replaced. A decorative piece fell off my car after the replacement of the windshield. I have dealt with enough companies to know that a great business is not measured when everything goes well, but when something goes wrong. (they will make every excuse to say it was not their fault– and wiggle themselves out of any responsibility)
This was not the case with Artech. I was impressed with the terrific customer service. Richard fixed it, and did it well. I would recommend this business to anyone. sadly, you just don’t see class acts like this much anymore.

I took my brand new 2015 Acura TLX to Richard for a dime sized chip. He got me in within the hour and was extremely efficient. I had my car back within an hour and the crack was sealed and about ¹⁄₈^th of the size. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family.

These guys did an awesome job, super friendly, and prompt. Made an appointment and they got me in for 48 hours later. Tinting took 2 hours and I relaxed in their little waiting room. Lots of magazines!
Tint looks great. Exactly what I asked for. It’s a company car so I don’t know the cost because it wasn’t billed to me– but when he was quoting another customer and the prices seemed very reasonable.
Overall a simple and painless process! Thanks again.
