Auto-Heinz

A few years ago, I bought a used BMW X5 and the last owner of the BMW recommended Viktor Heinz. Like most BMW owners, I too believed that BMWs are best maintained by the dealership and I took my car there instead for any repairs. Last spring, I started experiencing an oil leak issue and was passing Auto Heinz on Camp Bowie, when I decided to talk to them about my oil leak problem after I had received a hefty quote from the dealership. The technician Kenneth suggested replacing the Oil cover gasket and I was quoted a price that would not break the bank, this was roughly a year ago. To this day, whatever issues I have or any repairs or maintenance I need done, I take my car to Auto Heinz with confidence of being treated well and receiving great service. I have not been disappointed by the quality, services, professionalism and value that Auto Heinz brings to the table.

My BMW broke on the way through Fort Worth. Found Auto-​Heinz through my IPhone. The owner recommend tow company at very reasonable rate and fixed my car while I waited. Very courteous service, helpful and know their stuff! Great price too.

Fantastic service with a great price. Mr. Heinz is very friendly and very professional. My car had several things it needed fixed and I was expecting an outrageous bill but was very surprised at how inexpensive it all was. I even had an issue with my car that I forgot to mention regarding my wiper fluid pump and they found it without me telling them and had it fixed. If you have a BMW, Mercedes, or Jaguar I believe, this is the place to go.
