Yeah, yeah, it’s a Chili’s… but this location is one of the best in Fort Worth. The restaurant is always clean, the food is consistently good, and the service is attentive and fast. For the best experience, sit at the bar, Kory will take great care of you.

So i just had lunch had Chili’s with my girlfriend. Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant point blank period. Anyone who knows me knows I have been working in the service industry since I was 16 and I have been bartending since I was 18. The server we had was named Brianna Ad at the chili’s on clifford st and 820 in fort worth texas store number 1379. I returned a mango margarita because it tasted like complete syrup. We sent it back which the server was mad at and when I did recieve a new one I was given attitude and told I would have to pay for it regardless of whether or not I liked it. The new one I got was just as bad but had to pay for it anyway. Keep in mind the other tables around us that had the same waitress were having complaints of their own. When we were leaving the waitress came up to our table three times because she could see i was writing a review about our experience and knew we weren’t happy. She started talking to us complaining about her managers, her bartender, and her other tables saying how everyone other than her was in the wrong. She also told us not to come back on saturday mornings because that is when that particular bartender works and that all her managers do is talk to each other whenever she needs help. And when I tried to tell her we understood about server life and I had bartended for 5 years(i should have said 4 but accidentalky said 5) she proceeded to tell me i couldn’t have bartended for that long and I made no sense, I couldve only bartended for 4. So she then made our experience even worse. Piece of advice when you are a server trying to fix a customer’s bad experience. Shut up and listen and correct the issue. P. S. if a manager sees this and wants to do something about it here is our reciept info. Table– 56 Check #-70023 Server-brianna ad Date and time– auguat 15, 2015 at 2:39 pm Total amt paid $ 50.60

Bad service, bland food. What else can I say? My salmon was bland and dry, husband’s burger didn’t have enough sauce on it and the fries, rice and broccoli were all completely unseasoned. Our server took our order than left us hanging, I believe he was new and that’s fine– I understand that; but the food was seriously unpardonable.

I haven’t been to chili’s in a bit but they have added several new menu items and the food presentation was also updated! I was very surprised at how much better the food has gotten as it had become very boring. The staff was very nice and accomodating to us as I was with a large number of people in our group. Will definitely go back!

& I haven’t even gotten my food yet! Mang. Needs to check up on the thur day shift crew in the bar. We walked in at 1:40. Sat ourselves at a table in the bar which was & still remains filthy although there’s 22 tops… I could take a pic of the filthy tables that have needed bussed for almost an hour. The long hair guy with the ponytail seems to be hopped up on something yet he still can’t get this bar area in order. I saw, what looked like mang. Joking around with the bartender so I know he saw this bar.

I am getting really tired of Chili’s service and this one is particularly bad. Oh their food is pretty good but they are in such a rush to get people seated, fed and OUT that the whole experience now sucks and I do not want to go there anymore. They even wanted to take our desert order two minutes after delivering our meal. And NOW! Those stupid machines to pay the bill enable them to give less service and even more speed up the diner’s departure. And they have to audacity to suggest by machine a 20% tip. For what? Altogether a lousy dining experience. Listen all ‘chains’. You are helping me to transition to independent restaurants where the paying client seems to be valued for more than a fast check.

Bottom Line: Chilis is so meh but our server here was awesome. People keep dragging me to Chili’s and I could definitely go the rest of my life without having to eat at a Chili’s again. The ambiance is fast-foodish with a side of cheesiness and the food is average and over-processed. Also, this particular location was loud. Its loud inside because of the music and its loud outside because of the road noise. My experience with Chilis in general is that service is hit-or-miss. I went to this Chilis on 4⁄16 and was waited on by a woman whose name I wish I could remember because she was awesome! You could tell that he really took pride in her job. She was friendly, upbeat, energetic and on top of it. She was great with special requests and quick to bring refills to our table of six. Because of her five star service, I am giving this location three stars rather than two.

While staff was very fast and friendly, the food left a bad taste. Namely the rib eye. Do not order steak from this location. ‘Temperature was off and steak was not properly rested. The new onion rings where delicious.

Okay food, not great service, forcing me to pay with your electric table tent sucks and it is distracting. Bar smoking seeps over to the dining room, so sit far away. They also 86’d sprinkles on the shake, no deduction for that as I suspect that is all Chili’s.

Typically get excellent service and hot, fresh food. Then we made the mistake of taking four kids on a Friday evening. My shrimp tacos apparently had to sit & wait for everyone’s burgers to finish — everything on my plate was cold. Sad panda.(I ordered the same thing previously & it was delicious!) Waitress did her best to keep us happy despite being super busy. This was the only time I’ve had a negative experience here, and still it wasn’t too bad. I think overall they’re doing great.

We walked in at 330pm and it was not crowded at all. Sat down and waited over 8 minutes and nobody bothered to take or drink order even though a waitress came and checked on the people behind us and across from us. I thought about getting a manager but we decided to go to a better resturant instead. Real professional place. Not.

All I know is the ziosk is the best thing ever. You can reorder drinks, order desserts, and pay your bill on a computer at your table. Plus trivia and other games. It is awesome. On a side note. fajitas were okay this time, chips and salsa were great as usual.

The food was about as good as it gets for Chilis. The biggest knock on this trip would be the service. The waitress was not very good at checking on us towards the end of our meal. After we were done eating we waited at least 15 minutes before we saw her to ask for the check and to-go boxes.

Extremely good service inside! Poor service with chilis to go. Almost a half portion on meal, no chicken in my chicken pasta, and the wrong sides. Already home so oh well. But great service inside, and a bit segregated once you take a look around how they put people next to each other.

I was tired. About to fall asleep. I made the mistake of giving in and agreed to go for a visit. Big big big mistake. Mr. anti Chili’s here folks. Never again. Food is terrible. Services bla and the manger never left the TV to check the floor.

The wait staff here is pretty good. However, we’ve had a lot of problems with the food. I’m not sure we can go back unfortunately.

Poor, poor service. We went in for lunch and were seated quickly, received our drinks and placed our order right away. We even received our food sooner than I had thought we would, but after that it was like we didn’t exist. Not once did anyone ever stop at our table to ask how everything was or if we needed anything. When we finished eating I noticed our waitress had looked at our table, seeing that we had stacked our plates and glasses for pickup, might bring us our bill so we could pay and leave. Wrong. She came back out only to go to another table so I had to grab someone passing by and ask for our bill and when he brought it to our table I immediately tried to give him my credit card, but he started to walk away. So I had to keep shouting, «hey come back» as everyone looked at me except this waiter I was chasing. He finally stopped after I had to follow him to the back of the restaurant. My son recently went there and experienced the same bad service. I’ve had it with this place and I would not recommend it as we’ve always had poor service here.

Started with Iced Tea — smelled and tasted like dirty water, so we traded for water and surprise! — They use their dirty tap water to make their $ 3 glasses of tea. So, nothing we could drink unless we turned to alcohol, which may have been their plan. They didn’t apologize, and the entire meal was quite unappealing having no drink to wash it down. If you are going to run a restaurant, would it kill you to get a water filter?

Haven’t been to a Chili’s restaurant in a while(maybe 8 – 9 yrs?) but came here with a group from church for lunch on a Sunday. They renovated the inside to make it look modern/hip and the menu looks more fresh with lots of pictures. Our server was pretty attentive, refilling our cups of water/ice tea frequently. We had to wait 5 – 8 min to seat a party of seven. We actually sat a a 6 person booth but stuck a chair at the end. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which came with thick fries. The fries were already salted when they came out. Other people in the group also ordered the turkey club, a quesadilla plate, steak fajitas, cheese enchiladas. No real complaints about the quality of food. I liked how the bun on my sandwich had a slight crunch to it. The prices are also slightly above average for what I would pay — $ 8 – 14 for an entrée. Overall, a pretty average Chili’s location. There are plenty of TVs where you can watch sports here. There’s also a sports bar.

Dude, Is it that hard to make sure the whole Boneless Buffalo wings are covered in sauce? Ordered these for apps, they came out cold, and barely had any sauce. I swear, I am not a chain rest. snob, but C’MONMAN! Beers were nice and cold, and service was good. I also asked for Ranch instead of Bleu Cheese. Guess what I got… I payed a lot of attention to the movie Waiting, so I do not send stuff back, and re order, I just send it back. Just sayin… probably will not go back to this one…
