Church’s Fried Chicken

This is the worst Church’s I have ever been to. I went twice, the first time my chicken tenders were hard and rubbery. Then the 2^nd time I ordered chicken fried steak with no gravy, they poured gravy all over, I knew because it was running out the container. I explained I didn’t want gravy, the manager started yelling like a fool. All she had to do was remake it. After the yelling, I told her, I wanted my money back, she threw my money at me, and it wasn’t all of it. I will never go back here, they need to close down!

Visited store 5÷1÷15 bought a 10 piece chicken with a side order of mashed potatoes and biscuits. Mashed potatoes were not bad but for the biscuits and chicken, was not fit for human consumption. I won’t even throw it to the dog. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease nasty nasty nasty. Standing under heat bulb to long. Biscuits were old and hard. Place is dirty, and I would’nt recommend this place to my worst enemy

I bought 2 family boxes with sides because i had out of town guest. Chicken was not fully cooked. Manager refused to replace or give my money back. Called corporate never heard back.

I went to churches with my sister and my cousin and I asked for a 6 pc. Wing meal and they took plain chicken wings and threw buffalo sauce on it. Then I ordered 2 4pc tenders and they barely gave us sides and the chicken tasted stale ! DO NOT GO HERE ! They gave us an attitude when we complained about our order !

I’ve heard a lot of bad things about this particular Chicken spot, but i decided to give it a try. Bad decision.
First off, i ordered a 3 piece mixed, mashed potatoes, biscuit, 2 peppers, and a drink. When I got to work all I had was my drink and 3 pieces of chicken. The very next day I stopped back by and ordered the exact same meal. I even told the guy at the window what happened last time and he gave me a free drink. Well needless to say when I got to work no peppers again. Wow!!!
Also the chicken was very greasy. I’m sure they dropped it back in the grease go heat it up! Why throw it away???
This place is ran by foreigners (which is not all that bad) but they are very hard to understand. While I was at the window I took a look around, and to no surprise very nasty inside. That just confirmed all the rumors I’ve heard about this place.
I will never (I say it again) never go back to this location!!! And i advise others to do the same.
