Do not move here! Lived here for a year, the entire maintenance crew quit at the same time, pool was green for the whole summer, the entire management team quit and the new management team is rude and not helpful. The gate has never worked in the whole year I have been here and it takes two weeks to get anything fixed. There is no drop box for rent but they sure are quick to add on that late fee if you are unable to place a check in their hands. Our disposal broke and it leaked water for over a week before the «part came in» to fix it. Closet doors kept falling off and the apartment smells like smoke from the people underneath us. Trash is constantly sitting outside on off days and when the pool works, everyone in the area sneaks in and brings 14 kids with them. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a complex. Do not move here.

Alright I’m just getting into the wonderful world of writing reviews about places that i’ve visited, good and bad. Its takes quite a bit to impress me, but my apartments do! all the office staff (especially Staci) are very nice, easy going, and HELPFUL! They are always going the extra mile to make residents happy, we have countless resident events and fun things going on! My favorite is when people stand at both gates in the morning and hand out breakfast, talk about making someones day! This is the nicest apartment complex in this area, by FAR! Great for people who want to stay just outside the city, but still 15 minutes from 7^th St. Lots of TCU students, which makes the pool on hot days entertainment in it self. There is an AWESOME movie theatre and Pool Table, for those relaxing days, very quaint all in all. I love living here, and reccomend it to anyone heading out this direction, GO SEE STACI TODAY!

We spent a month there only. they are nice and try, however, you really need to stay on top of everything with them. we had the worst cell service, and took forever to get cable installed, the area is nice, did not use gym or pool, but look okay, gym a little old. you can hear everything, we were on the bottom, and it felt dark and dungeon like especially because of the gray painted walls, the apt was not super clean, but decent enough, its is def not for a long term, but short term was great. they are very dog friendly, which was nice, and close to lots of shopping & freeways and fort worth areas. and they pick up your trash twice a week.
