She is amazing we couldn’t be happier… She is a doctor that really listen to your concerns and has real life response… What I’m trying to say is Dr. English is a doctor that see’s you as a person NOT a name on a sheet or a number to get paid, my wife is a very nervous person but she is put at ease will her honestly and ability to relate and great bedside manor. I wish all Doctors I have to deal with on a daily basis had her care and ability to be as wonderful as her!

I was looking for a new doctor. Called Dr English’s office & an appointment was made for Monday May 25 (Memorial Day). I was surprised but receptionist confirmed they were open. I received an automated phone confirmation the week before. I went to the appointment & the office was closed. When I called the next day, i didn’t receive a sincere apology or accommodations to fit me in quickly due to their error. Instead I was told the next appointment was over 2 months away. I need prescriptions renewed before then and I took time off work this week for all my annual dr appointments. Again, no sympathy or helpful attitude from the receptionist. I found a dr who was willing to fit me in who unfortunately is out of network. I’ll pay it though to get my prescriptions renewed. Dr English lost a new patient permanently.
