I’ve always been pleased with their services and get complimented on my nails often. I don’t hesitate to brag about the sweet ladies there and how I look forward to a little bit of «me time». The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere.

the owner is extremely rude. very racist and mentioned that white people are «different customers» her daughters had to apologize for her, they didn’t seem to be rude. never go there again or recommend.

First time attempt to see how services are. They would not accept a month expired gift certificate and negotiated half the value of gift certificate. Great way to establish new clientele. I definitely did not have first good impression.

My mother and I visit here frequently and always receive great pedicures and manicures. They are very friendly here and we never wait more than five minutes to be serviced. Love this place!

Went once and that was enough for me. Barely did anything, only massaged one leg. Shortest, least satisfying pedicure I’ve ever had :(

I have been getting my nails done here since they opened. I absolutely love the staff and service I always receive! Brenda does an amazing manicure and Tammy literally has magic hands when it comes to a pedi! The atmosphere and staff are extremely welcoming and management is wonderful. You won’t regret going here and getting pampered.

These people are a bunch of crooks. I purchased a dealsaver, which is similar to groupon. It expired 15 days prior to my arrival so of course I was not expecting to receive the promotional offer but I was expecting to receive the face value, since the coupon said it was good for 5 years. Yvette told me that they would not honor it at all. I was speechless and questioned whether she was sure she knew what she was talking about. She went to double check with the manager Cindy which did not even come to explain but sent Yvette back to me to confirm she was right the first time and that I needed to get my money back from the company I purchased their coupon through. After speaking to dealsaver I was told that they’ve had the same problem with this outfit before and have spoken to them (Cindy) about it on several occasions. Ridiculous! Do better Deluxe Nails &Spa. Playing dumb and trying to get over on your patrons is not a good business practice.

Asked for an eyebrow wax and they forgot to use tweezers. I left out looking worse. Also, they do not allow you to charge tips.

Typical nail salon atmosphere However this place stands out with its friendly and efficient staff and reasonable prices. Polish selection was decent.
When we arrived we were seated immediately. The nail technicians went above and beyond and the pricing was very reasonable.
This has become my new go-​to place!

Nice and clean. Standard pricing. Good service, and very speedy… maybe a bit too quick. Didn’t have a good polish selection though… only a small rack to choose from.

Not a good experience here. Got a gel manicure. Tech put the foil on my fingers to remove polish & then left me just sitting there for 20 minutes. Trimmed cuticles too close and they bled. Didn’t know what an American manicure was. To top it all off, she painted my nails and then said, «they’re ya go.» Not even any lotion or parrafin. NOT worth my $ 35! At least put some lotion on my hands!

I have been going to Deluxe Nails And Spa for over a year. I travel from two cities over because I am always treated like I am special. The pedicures start at about $ 17.00 and are well worth it. I wear solar nails and as well as being more natural than other places, the price is worth the extra miles to get there!

Got a pedicure and brow waxing here after reading the first review. I agree the place is clean and the staff was friendly. Most of all the prices were reasonable. I was satisfied with their services. Looks like I found a regular place for my pedis.

Clean, calm, well decorated, great chairs with the full gamut of massage choices & friendly staff who worked hard to give superior service even on a busy Saturday. Went with three girlfriends for a pedicures — which are fabulous here — and even though we had to wait for a little bit despite make an appointment weeks ago, they were kind about the inconvenience & offered us drinks while we were waiting.
They have great pedicure packages that involve different ‘flavors’ like chocolate, milk & honey, citrus, and cucumber. They massage your legs, use parafin & hot rocks — overall, it really is spa experience from the knee down. Those pedi packages are a $ 50 though, which is more than I’m willing to pay on a monthly basis JUST for my feet (I’m cheap, what can I say) so it’s something the girls and I do only once every few months.
I also usually go to a place near Northeast Mall to get my solar fill on my hands done — but the nice gal at Deluxe today convinced me to let her try filling my solar nails & see if I liked it better — which I have to admit I did. She did a great job of doing thinner more realistic fills instead of chunky fake looking nails. I’m really happy with them and will be going back here to get them filled from now on even if it is a little spendier.
Overall, great place. Go on the week days though — they will be slower & you won’t feel rushed.
