Domino’s Pizza

They won’t deliver to our apartment after dark. It’s been dark for 5 minutes. It’s 5:30pm.

The location is the worst! I’ve ordered from them 3 times. I love Domino’s, but I’m never ordering from this one again. Their employees are rude, they are ridiculously slow, and the pizza always shows up soggy and usually cold. The store is literally a 3 minute drive from my house, so it’s hard to excuse their slowness. I always order at weird off-​peak times because my schedule is abnormal, so I can’t brush it off as them just being really busy.
Order #1: I ordered a pasta bread bowl and Caesar salad. The «quality check» took 32 minutes. How long can it possibly take to make sure a bowl of pasta and a salad are ready to go? By the time it got to my house, the pasta was cold, even though it had been burned and the salad was warm. The delivery girl was rude.
Order #2: Ordered pizza and cheese sticks. They didn’t bring the cheesesticks. When I called the store, the guy was very rude, and said we didn’t order cheesesticks. We definitely ordered cheesesticks. Finally, they brought them, but didn’t bring the sauce that’s supposed to come with them, nor did they bring the sauce that I ordered for the pizza.
Order #3: Ordered pizza, pasta, and cinnamon sticks. Cinnamon sticks were hard as rocks, pizza was soggy. The «quality check» took 24 minutes. I called to ask what was going on, since this had happened before. The lady on the phone said that «quality check» is when the food is coming out of the oven, being cut and boxed for delivery. Not sure why it takes 20 minutes to cut and box a pizza. Delivery girl was extra rude this time!

We moved to the area about a month ago. We pretty much all of the time order Dominoes. Where we used to live and when we travel. We have ordered about five times now from this location. This Dominoes has been by far the most consistently made, best pizza, from the many Dominoes we have experienced. Keep up the great work. It is appreciated.

they do extremely well, especially considering what part of town they are in, only problem i ever had was them forgetting to sodas but they do go back and get them
