The wait was longer than usual, the pricing was extremely high compared to other facilities providing the same service. The staff were polite, but not too thorough. They never advised me that I needed to provide copies of prior tests and I called them twice prior to the appointment. Additionally, someone was supposed to call me back regarding the final cost after running the procedures through my insurance (again prior to the appt). No one did, so I called. However, the price quoted and confirmed for 2 procedures, in actuality was just for one-​half procedure, and was $ 30 over the cost of what I usually pay for 3 procedures. So irritating. What a rip off. I only went here because my doctor referred me, but never again. I took the time to fill out all the paperwork in detail (which obviously wasn’t read) because they tried to run the exact same test I had performed 6 months prior. Why? Because they never got the screens from that appt when they called my doctor’s office to request them. So while I was waiting, I called my doctor’s office and of course they had them but forgot to include them. So on my day off I ended up doing everybody else’s job.

If you have to get your boobs mashed then this is the place. The women who work there are super sweet starting with the receptionist. The wait is minimal (less than 10 minutes) before they call you back. They have three changing rooms, all nicely decorated. Once you are ready the wait is short before someone calls you for the actual test. The techs explain exactly what they are doing and are very gentle. Thursdays are non-​diagnostic days so they are slower that day.
