Ruined two ties and lost a dress shirt. Owner refused to do anything about it. Place is run down and poorly managed. Not too many options in this area, but I’d recommend driving a bit farther…

I decided to give this dry, cleaners a try, since I always so many vehicles lined up around their building. I dropped off 15 garments. Got home ¬iced, there were only 14 inside. The upsetting part, was that I was missing my most, expensive blouse. I was told to wait 24hr & garment would show up, as if that wasnt very inconvenient,.I was also told it would be replaced. I’ve been waiting for a whole week, for someone to communicate with me, still nothing. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISCOMPANY. Exceptions aside, a dry cleaner is a dry cleaner. You bring your clothes, they work their magic, you pick them up. Repeat the next week. Granted some consistently do a better job than others, and prices do fluctuate a bit from DC to DC, but for the most part you select a DC based on convenience. What keeps you coming back is the service… and that is the specialty of this particular DC Super Center. The employees are quick with a smile, they recognize you and greet you by name, and the owners, who are usually working the back counter, always have a nice word or two for the customers. Oh, and they do a pretty damn good job on your clothes too. Give them a shot. You’ll see what I mean.
