I ordered some dipped strawberries, apples, bananas, and pineapples for my friend on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday. They never fulfilled my order and when I checked on the status of the order, it said it would be delivered on Wednesday. I called the corporate line on Tuesday to cancel the order and the lady on the phone said that she couldn’t do it. I would have to call the local store in the morning to cancel my order. I called at exactly 9am when they opened and they said that they couldn’t cancel my order because it was already being made. They were only missing the strawberries. She said they were not there yesterday to make it. What kind of franchise is this?! I also asked the girl on the phone if I could call corporate and have them refund me. She said that they wouldn’t be able to do that. I called corporate after I got off the phone with her and they were able to do that.

My Mother-in-Law sent my children a valentines gift bouquet. She asked my husband to wait for the delivery yesterday. It never showed up. He called and they told him his Mother was an idiot and that she got the date wrong, not true. They said it was on the truck and refused a refund. My husband asked for a delivery window; He got chewed out and was denied any sort of time frame. We wound up having it delivered to his mother, so SHE had to deliver it. So, now she feels bad when she was simply trying to make a nice gesture. I am so disgusted with how this was handled. The woman on the phone claimed to be the owner. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances. They are incapable of problem solving. Not to mention, I trashed the thing. I didn’t trust the fruit after the altercation. Who knows what they did to it? The strawberries had brown spots and the pineapple looked frozen and had brown spots and rind left on it. I am totally disgusted with this location. Steer clear!!!

Love this place! The fruit is always so fresh and the staff and owner are always helpful and polite. I believe they are under new management judging from the reviews from a couple years ago. I’ve never had any issues with them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Do NOT order from these people, or if you do, make sure the recipient actually receives it. My BIL ordered an arrangement for my daughter who was recovering from surgery. Upon returning from a doctor appt, we found a hang tag in the grass noting they’d tried to deliver. We called and they said they’d come by later. Didn’t happen. Two phone calls over two days later, didn’t happen. Woman at the store was CLUELESS. We finally called BIL and told him to have his credit card company remove the charge. If we hadn’t done this, he’d have been none the wiser, and really, that’s THEFT. What ill person wants to have to make multiple phone calls about something like this? These arrangements aren’t cheap. Order flowers from somewhere else.
