I took in may vacuum because it was clogged and needed to be cleaned. The service was friendly and efficient. They got my vacuum back to me in a couple of days as they indicated. The cost was very reasonable. Unfortunately there was a problem with the repair and I had to take it back. When I returned, they took care of me immediately and I had my vacuum back in an hour. Now it works better than it has in years. In spite of the problem I would definitely go back.
