Family Centered Medical Group

My husband goes here for his medical needs. He really likes the PA he sees. I’m writing this review mostly to point out that even though the hours are listed as 7 days a week, 8 – 5, it’s actually only Mon-​Fri. 8−5pm. A Saturday appt would be awesome!

Only visited a couple of times. In both instances, office staff was unorganized and unaccommodating. Not impressive. Final incident — they said they would call me back after speaking with doc regarding prescription issue, which they did not do. All they care about is getting you in to take your money. No thanks.

I cant say enough good things about my appointment. Mr Garlington was very thorough and made me feel at ease. I really appreciate all the time he took during my appointment to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have recently been here– twice actually in the last 2 months and I received excellent care! Being a new patient for my first visit was a breeze. I came in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment to fill out a little bit of paperwork and I was seen on time. The ladies who run the front desk are friendly. The waiting room was very clean. Once I was called back to my room to see the doctor my wait didn’t exceed 5 minutes– I was checked in quickly. Glen Garlington is the name of the NP I saw. Great guy! I feel like he listened to me, addressed any questions or concerns I had. I left feeling well cared for. Finding a doctor you trust and want to take care of you is difficult and Family Centered Medical Group made it simple. They called me to follow up a few days after my visit. Making a last minute same day appointment was easy too! They squeezed me in. If you go– ask for Glen– he’s wonderful.
