If you are not going to have IVF, DONOT go to this Dr. He didn’t do my IUI on a weekend which was when I ovulated and went 4 days without monitoring me on injectables which is unheard of. I was doing home ovulation tests on my own so I knew he had missed my ovulation. Had I not done the tests, I would have thought I was less fertile and needed IVF. It seemed as though he didn’t want the IUI to work so that he could get more money out of me with IVF. I went through the whole process for IUI and then it was missed and I didn’t get reimbursed any of the fees for medicine or him. They herd the IUI patients in like cattle and spend no time with them. The office manager is horrible and treats people like they are trash if they wish to bill their insurance rather than pay with cash. The turnover in his staff is awful and some are friendly but aren’t well trained so it’s nearly impossible to get a question answered.

I’ve been an egg donor five times. Three of those were through Dr. Kaufmann. He has great bedside manner. Personable, friendly and trustworthy. The staff are always a pleasure to work with. From the coordinators, the lab techs, and nurses. They’ve all been really nice. The office is one of the best fertility clinics I’ve been to. They have personal recovery rooms for where the procedures are performed in the back. They made each process and procedure easy!

Pregnant with triplets(yes, a shock to all of us) on second IUI with Dr. Kaufmann! I am so happy to have used this clinic. Everyone here is so nice, with the exception of Kenya. Kenya is not very friendly, helpful or kind. Wish she was gone, because the rest of the staff is wonderful!
