I really didn’t like coming here at first because the employees were disinterested and unhelpful. I went to the one on Main Street because their guy Ryne (if I’m spelling that right) was informative, enthusiastic about gaming, and an all out pro at customer service.
They eventually got better people. Jordan is enthusiastic, Andres is a pro at what he does, Fernando was informative and they are all passionate gamers. Then the new store manager in Chuck Friend came by and he was a ginger Ryne. Chuck helped me through some issues I was having with GameStop corporate while Fernando helped me through getting my first PS4.
I’ve spent so much money at this store, some irresponsibly, because these guys are awesome to deal with. There was a point earlier this year where I was in the store twice a day. The experience with this single store is so good and for someone who is a passionate loyal, this store should be it for you.
