I purchased 3 groupons for my sister, my mother, and myself. They had promised airbrush makeup however when I went the airbrush machine was broken because apparently someone had not cleaned it and the hose was clogged. The makeup artist was sweet however the makeup was no where near to having the airbrush look(the makeup was of low quality and applied poorly). When my family went the following week the airbrush machine was still clogged. Needless to say the makeup experience was not what we expected. Also, it was been 5 months and I have still NOT received the photos I purchased. I will never recommend anyone to use Glamour Shots due to our bad experience.

My mom and I went to take pictures just for fun but it was definitely nowhere near fun. I have been to Glamour shot before but the experience has gone downhill. The staff seemed to not care. The girls that did our hair and make up did a terrible job.(Wish I would have done my own). Their airbrushes were«broken» which defeated the purpose of going to this place. The make up didn’t help hide any blemishes or wrinkles but they do that on purpose. So they can charge you $ 30 more for the«glamour touch». Taking the pictures was so awkward and uncomfortable. The poses were not original or different what so ever. Also, it was around valentines day and you could see very personal pictures on their computer. They should have more privacy than that. But needless to say it was a waste of time and money!

I enjoyed my experience while I was in the studio have my pictures taken with my family, one of which was my newborn son at the time only 2 ½ weeks old. Everything about our session was fantastic! We had Anatasia as our photographer and she captured my son very well in some of his alone shots. The makeover was different, but good and I enjoyed it. What I did not enjoy was the run around I received after ordering my pictures and paying for them. It has been over a month since our photo shoot and we still have no pictures. They sent me an email containing the pictures but it is too big to forward to my family who lives 2,000 miles away. It is frustrating when you go somewhere and get told that your photos will be done in a couple of weeks and then it’s over a month before you see them. If they could be more helpful in this aspect with their customers it would be fantastic. As well, when you call the store and they are closed you get transferred to a store in Houston which they know nothing about what happens at the store in Fort Worth. Next time, for the HIGH amount of money that it cost for us to get photos done here I will go somewhere else! Not worth the 500 bucks we paid.
