Been going here for a year and a half, but I’m fed up. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They act disgusted if you ask a question and interrupt their personal conversations. When you walk in, no one greets you. They ask you if you know how much your copay is. Then they demand it from you before you see the doctor. What kind of a business is this?
I really like Bonnie, the PA, but due to a lack of professionalism I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible doctor’s office. Staff is very unprofessional and office has gone downhill in that last 20 years. It used to be a very nice office with excellent staff, but now it is terrible. The only good thing about it is the office hours, but they don’t have walk-​ins anymore. You’d think that being a patient for over 20 years would mean something to them, but it surely doesn’t. Miss the days of good doctor-​patient relations and when health came first! Called to get lab results today and they said she was out to lunch and they wouldn’t even take a message for her to call ME back. Unbelievable!!!
