I wasn’t really impressed with Greenbrier on taking care of my infant son. There was a lot of staff turnover and I didn’t get much communication at the end of the day. I work all day and when I pick up my child, I want to know what my child did. Instead, I always wondered and had to ask how his day went way too many times. Other things I didn’t like was the menu option when my baby started to eat solids. They included hot dogs, which is a choking hazard, and it’s definitely not very nutritious. They only offer 2% milk and not whole. I could never get in touch with the director, who also owns the FW Montessori school. There was always someone different at the front desk and paying tuition was a headache. Sure they allow credit cards, but it was a different price every time we paid. When we pulled our baby out, I expressed my concerns, and they were very sad to see us go. I know they really loved my baby, but my husband and I just couldn’t take all the problems. A lot of improvements need to happen here starting with real licensed and experienced teachers!

Beware! This place does shady business. I went in at 9am and asked for an application. The staff member(Della) told me I could not have one until I paid an $ 80 fee. I paid the fee. 3 hours later I found alternative care for my child and asked for a refund. The original staff member(Della) that helped me barked it was non refundable and left her coworker to «deal» with me. I paid a total of $ 234 and my daughter was to start the following week. They only gave back $ 154. They kept $ 80 for no reason. I did not receive any service nor had I even completed the enrollment packet! Bad business practice. To take money before presenting paperwork. To not allow someone to review your policies prior to paying is shady. I will be contacting the BBB and the licensing board. This place enjoys robbing people of their hard earned money.

Moving from McKinney to SW Fort Worth I was very apprehensive about finding a daycare that would satisfy the needs of my then 18 month old grandson. Greenbrier is not a daycare but rather a school with real curriculums. Not only do they focus on teaching the ladies there are genuinely loving and concerned about the care of these little ones. I will say they are very strict on rules and regulations but then again a school should be. I have since started my newborn grandbaby at Greenbrier and I can honestly say I trust these caregivers like I have no others. Both my 21 yr old daughter and my 15 yr old son started daycare when they were 6 weeks old so I have pretty much seen it all and have experience with all levels of care. Greenbrier goes beyond just teaching, they become an integral part of each child’s life, learning and well-being. I absolutely recommend this place!!!
