Avoid this company at all costs. We purchased fricon freezers from them and they are totally unreliable. When forced to pay for service even though its under warranty the techs will lie to void your warranty and create higher bills and service fees. No ethics whatsoever here. Avoid fricon products and this company who sells them.
Their pricing is also highly marked up. Look at their historical pricing from google results and you’ll see the same item that sold for 600 gradually increasing up to 950 in just one year time. Spend the extra money on a true or other reliable unit from a reliable seller and brand that actually stands by their warranty and who’s techs do not lie to create more billable service time.

I just had a nightmare experience with a company who sale shelves. what’s a big difference between working with a nice company and horrible company. I have the same feeling as other people’s review below. This company is excellent and very helpful. Especially Paul who is very pleasant and professional. I will buy more staffs from this company for my store and I enjoin working with Ice & Refrigeration Systems. Thank you of all.

Working with Paul at Ice & Refrigeration Systems was a wonderful experience. From the first phone call to the delivery of our commercial refrigerator and display cooler, he was so incredibly helpful and professional. We really appreciated his guidance throughout the leasing process and his follow-​up. Even with a small mishap by the freight company, Ice & Refrigeration were real pros. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Matt the service tech was on time and very professional. He was polite and patient with my questions and really tried to fix my freezer as quickly as possible. Danielle the service coordinator was fiendly and made scheduling the service very simple. The company was reccommended to me by Jason at Alamo Refrigeration in San Antonio, he said they are the best; I concur. Thanks to the team at Ice and Refrigeration!
